I’ve tried sooo many different videos and I can’t get enough plus I’ve never experienced such great results!! Thank you!       @@juliesatterfield7004 try this one, I'm also a beginner and such a lazy ass girl lol. I'm doing this current before going to bed at night and doing the morning routine from this same video. The body will becomes more lightly and I'm not really sleepy or tired again. Don't forget to cutt of a some sugar and eating more healthy food also drinks a lot of water!

    I managed to shed of 15 plus kgs in the past 4 months following your exercises Roberta. I do exercise at least 5 days a week a minimum of 40 minutes and 1 maximum hour. I am happy with my new look and still exercising. Keep up sharing your videos

    Great exercise format for me, I’m 83 but very active with other forms of exercise, ie, golf, long distance road bike and resistance bands but your exercise system really fits well for me. Great core workouts.

    I'm trying this for two weeks, seems easy and fits for me since I'm a college student and find it hard to manage my time and stay in good shape +(it's winter I become a hungry bear lol)
    First week:
    Day 1: done✅ u can feel your lower belly burning (in a good way though
    Day 2:done ✅ I was super busy today I'm having exams in two days but I did it w workout in the morning 💪🏻
    Day3: skipping today my body hurts me + period + an exam tomorrow
    Day4: skipped unfortunately
    Day5:✅
    Day6:✅ w 15+ mins dancing cardio.
    forgot to update lol, btw I noticed my stomach is getting flatter
    Day7:✅ w 7 mins dancing cardio
    I did 5/7 days but I really feel good and getting better shaped, this workout really worked for me I'm glad I could squeeze healthy activity in the end of my busy day to stay in shape
    Second week:
    Day 1: ✅ it was super easy it didn't hurt at all and I'm feeling so much lighter healther happier!
    Day 2:✅ I almost have no belly fat any more idk if I will get flatter or toned Idk if this workout for or maybe bc I didn't change my eating system *which is not the worst neither the best*

    Been doing this for about 10 days along with 6-10k steps per day. Not following any diet. Just eating home cooked meals and I can see noticeable difference. Will update after a month.

    Starting it today.. i will do it 2 times a day from tomorrow .. already lost 2 kgs in 2 weeks by doing your another workout..so happy but didn't seen any changes in my body ..maybe it will take some time to see changes

    Hi alberta🎉🎉 my weight hasnt changed i forgot how 20mins were, which repeated round i couldnt get my legs up they were and are in so much pain, athough i will be doing this for fourteen days , my weight is 84.4kilos , on this one i will be needing my coaching thank you so much . Til then so this is day one i am not going to exert myself aafter this i will be taking two days off then restart on another exercise, 🎉🎉😊 til then

    Omg Ty I weight 178 now I’m down to 172.8 imma do this every day and everytime I try harder the more I feel the burn it feels good to workout and probably when school comes maybe my goal would be reached but imma still try if I don’t reach the body I wanted 😅 but besides that this is a good but exhausting workout what I don’t like about this workout is how long the exercises is and how it repeats but ye 😊

    I exercise alot and in the middle of the night I even exercise also it feels like my body wants to move it sucks sometimes my body wants to go go 😁😁
