    Day 1 - It's a daunting task
    Day 2 - Going well
    Day 3- Tired
    Day 4 - Done
    And I loose 1.5 kgs in just 4 days including cycling and proper diet..
    My diet plan (Indian)- when you get up in morning drink hot lemon water. At noon eat 2 chappati with sabzi and salad. Evening take some milk with some flakes. At night don't eat dinner, drink lots of water and go for a walk.

    WEEK TWO - Don't stop doing this workout, this is the real thing - I've been doing this every single day since December 15, 2020, and my abdominals are looking better and better. I am starting to see my waistline again! Have to lose a few pounds, which is never easy (especially at holiday time!), and my hysterectomy 'pooch' is going to be the hard part, but I'm not giving up!!

      I'm doing the exercise in bed where you bring your knees together.. and they are reducing that hysterectomy pouch..

    WEEK ONE - Completed one week, did workout every day - THIS ONE WORKS!! I can already see the upper and lower abdominals starting to flatten, and for some reason my butt feels like it's tightening, and the thighs also. And I had a total hysterectomy, so you know what that does to the abdominals. My jeans are starting to fit better, and I can see a definite improvement. I will update again for WEEK TWO!

      @Adora I have been eating a large, green leafy salad every day with lunch, bran cereal for breakfast, fish for supper with potatoes and veggies, always a lot of veggies, and unsweetened ice tea all day long (no calories) - it helps!! And a lot of walking, leave the car home and walk to the grocery store. A friend of mine lost 70 pounds by eating only foods that were 25% fat or less, so I am keeping her in mind - I only have to lose 20 lbs, but it takes time and patience! I also do the Leslie Sansone walk (it's on youtube) every day, it's great!

    I've done this workout each morning for 3 months. It boosted my weight loss along with slimming world. I went from UK size 16 to size 12

    I'm been using this since 2020 from 80 kilos I went down to 60 in just one month! Now I gave birth to my baby boy went up to 72 kilos again.. back to square 1!!!! Let's go monies!!!

    I was following and doing this exercise for 7 days straight and i already see changes or improvements in my belly. It's really painful to my muscles but im not gonna give up. No pain, No gain as they say! everyone should try this out too!

    I made sure to read all the comments first to see if this workout works and the people in the comments seem to enjoy it very much this is my day 1. To be honest its low impact but very effective workout, I didnt run out of breath at all but my sweat was running down my face

    I have just started to exercise back and I am loving this workout. Today is my day three and it has been going great. I would definately recommend this for anyone who is just starting back their workout routine, you will not be disappointed. I workout early in the mornings and also drink a Apple Cider vinegar pill after workout. My waist in particular has already been showing progress. Love it!

    hi. i started this exercise yesterday here's a lil track process xx :
    *day 1* : i only could do half vid cause i got late for school :( i woke up at 5.30 btw
    *day 2* : today is a holiday so i woke up at 6 and did half video but i skipped few because i felt strange pain in my waist point, maybe from suddenly putting too much strain :(
    *day 3* : feels awesome

      Great job, lymor! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about.     I started this three days ago and I’m really enjoying it! Gonna do this every day and hope it reducing my belly and love handles! I gained about a stone in this pandemic and I’ve been really down about my weight. So happy I found this channel! Looking forward to trying some others. Hopfully see some results soon!

    Tested and approved. I lost 1,5 kg with this video and eating healthy.

    I've followed Roberta and gained weight which I realize I am doing it the wrong way by eating a lot of calories after workout. Today starting to change my diet and exercise again. Hope I'll end up to my desired weight again.

    Day 1 Completed ✅ (Day 1 was very easy for me)
    Day 2 Completed ✅ (Day 2 was good, I was kinda weak but I never let that stopped me from working out)
    Day 3 Completed ✅ (SHEEESH!! , day 3 was awesome but after I finished I started to feel a lot of tightness in my muscles)
    Day 4 Completed ✅ (Thank goodness I made it here, but I'm very exhausted lol)
    ~Goodluck and never give up beacuse when u stop trying you end up falling💖💖💖

    I did 22 minutes and so proud of myself I'm 240 pounds and I took my slim tone fat burner and did this and I feel great😊 This is a new beginning I'm no longer eating meat or anything unhealthy. Only water , fruits, and veggies I'm doing this until May3❤ let's see how it goes ill let yall know my honest weight may 3

    Day 1:Done faced lots of difficulties
    Day 2:Lots of pain in ribs but somehow managed and done
    Day 3:now its easier to do
    Lets see for the upcoming days and will update after month about my results

    Day 1
    I just finished the workout to the best of my ability. Right now I have limited mobility and balance issues. I had to hold onto something to keep myself from falling over and could only lift my leg halfway. I'm sweating and breathing hard so it must be doing something! I'll keep it up and let you know what happens. I expect it to take double the time to see any results! Thank you and I'll let you know how it goes!

    Previously I have done Roberta's Gym "DO THIS FOR 7 DAYS AND LOOK IN THE MIRROR'' and lost 3 kg in seven days but no change in belly fat. I start doing this one.

      Results: while I do the exercise I sweat a lot. its fun and I love doing it but found no change in belly fat. My Bloated belly remain same as it is..

    I started this today bc I've gained so much weight I'm on a rest time. GOT 8 minutes left. Thank GOD🙏This is a workout hunni I'm sweating bullets lol.     I just started this challenge, i from France. so for the waist and for keep calm your lumbago it's goods. the exercices are easy to make, every starter can do that except if you have a very sickness body go to see a professional. I felt after 15min many muscle soreness in my legs. I'll try more days this one and look the difference. I'll back here to tell you if it's really works after one week. Thank you to share this video.

    Great work out. I have some mobility issues so a lot of workouts that involve being on the ground or heavy impact are unsuitable. This is great!

    I'm starting my first day today and aiming to consistently do it daily for the next two weeks! I'll be checking in here every day to track my progress and mark my attendance. Wish me luck on this journey! 🙏🏼😊

    Day 2 check ( I just forgot to edit my attendance as I supposed to do morning and night but I was too tired at night.)

    Day 5-missed
    Day 6- half (I'm back again. I missed doing it for two days..I'm on my third day of period I only did half of it today. Hopefully can do everything tomorrow 🙏 I can see little changes around my waist and my thighs after doing it for three days straight. Gonna continue doing it while I can.)
    Day 7- done full and a half in the morning before jogging
    Day 8- done some but did martial arts training

    this workout is the real deal. i do it once in the morning and once at night. i check myself on a scale before every workout, and lose a pound every time i do it

    Everyone should try this. This is great for losing weight. I have too much weight I lost on my way. It's like so much my weight is gone. I had to wait. It's gone. My heart rate is gone. It's awesome mood now. So I'm a part of my class thing that smoothies like you have to be smooth to enter
