My diet plan (Indian)- when you get up in morning drink hot lemon water. At noon eat 2 chappati with sabzi and salad. Evening take some milk with some flakes. At night don't eat dinner, drink lots of water and go for a walk.
WEEK TWO - Don't stop doing this workout, this is the real thing - I've been doing this every single day since December 15, 2020, and my abdominals are looking better and better. I am starting to see my waistline again! Have to lose a few pounds, which is never easy (especially at holiday time!), and my hysterectomy 'pooch' is going to be the hard part, but I'm not giving up!!

WEEK ONE - Completed one week, did workout every day - THIS ONE WORKS!! I can already see the upper and lower abdominals starting to flatten, and for some reason my butt feels like it's tightening, and the thighs also. And I had a total hysterectomy, so you know what that does to the abdominals. My jeans are starting to fit better, and I can see a definite improvement. I will update again for WEEK TWO!
@Adora I have been eating a large, green leafy salad every day with lunch, bran cereal for breakfast, fish for supper with potatoes and veggies, always a lot of veggies, and unsweetened ice tea all day long (no calories) - it helps!! And a lot of walking, leave the car home and walk to the grocery store. A friend of mine lost 70 pounds by eating only foods that were 25% fat or less, so I am keeping her in mind - I only have to lose 20 lbs, but it takes time and patience! I also do the Leslie Sansone walk (it's on youtube) every day, it's great!

I'm been using this since 2020 from 80 kilos I went down to 60 in just one month! Now I gave birth to my baby boy went up to 72 kilos again.. back to square 1!!!! Let's go monies!!!

I made sure to read all the comments first to see if this workout works and the people in the comments seem to enjoy it very much this is my day 1. To be honest its low impact but very effective workout, I didnt run out of breath at all but my sweat was running down my face
I have just started to exercise back and I am loving this workout. Today is my day three and it has been going great. I would definately recommend this for anyone who is just starting back their workout routine, you will not be disappointed. I workout early in the mornings and also drink a Apple Cider vinegar pill after workout. My waist in particular has already been showing progress. Love it!

hi. i started this exercise yesterday here's a lil track process xx : *day 1* : i only could do half vid cause i got late for school :( i woke up at 5.30 btw *day 2* : today is a holiday so i woke up at 6 and did half video but i skipped few because i felt strange pain in my waist point, maybe from suddenly putting too much strain :( *day 3* : feels awesome
Great job, lymor! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Day 1 I just finished the workout to the best of my ability. Right now I have limited mobility and balance issues. I had to hold onto something to keep myself from falling over and could only lift my leg halfway. I'm sweating and breathing hard so it must be doing something! I'll keep it up and let you know what happens. I expect it to take double the time to see any results! Thank you and I'll let you know how it goes!

I just started this challenge, i from France. so for the waist and for keep calm your lumbago it's goods. the exercices are easy to make, every starter can do that except if you have a very sickness body go to see a professional. I discovered these exercises about three weeks ago and I love them.

I've followed Roberta and gained weight which I realize I am doing it the wrong way by eating a lot of calories after workout. Today starting to change my diet and exercise again. Hope I'll end up to my desired weight again.

I did 22 minutes and so proud of myself I'm 240 pounds and I took my slim tone fat burner and did this and I feel great😊 This is a new beginning I'm no longer eating meat or anything unhealthy. Only water , fruits, and veggies I'm doing this until May3❤ let's see how it goes ill let yall know my honest weight may 3

I do this workout for 2 times a day in the afternoon and like at 6:00 and i lose so much thank you so much

I just finished the workout to the best of my ability. Right now I have limited mobility and balance issues. I had to hold onto something to keep myself from falling over and could only lift my leg halfway. I'm sweating and breathing hard so it must be doing something! I'll keep it up and let you know what happens. I expect it to take double the time to see any results! Thank you and I'll let you know how it goes!

How many months took you to lose weight?
I just started this challenge, i from France. so for the waist and for keep calm your lumbago it's goods. the exercices are easy to make, every starter can do that except if you have a very sickness body go to see a professional. I felt after 15min many muscle soreness in my legs. I'll try more days this one and look the difference. I'll back here to tell you if it's really works after one week. Thank you to share this video.

Great work out. I have some mobility issues so a lot of workouts that involve being on the ground or heavy impact are unsuitable. This is great!

Every exercise should start with warm up exercise.
this workout is the real deal. i do it once in the morning and once at night. i check myself on a scale before every workout, and lose a pound every time i do it

Everyone should try this. This is great for losing weight. I have too much weight I lost on my way. It's like so much my weight is gone. I had to wait. It's gone. My heart rate is gone. It's awesome mood now. So I'm a part of my class thing that smoothies like you have to be smooth to enter
