I currently have a memory foam, lasted a good while (nearly 15 years ago and bought secondhand) getting a hybrid as it has a massive dip in it now. I wake up with backpains and such for years beforehand so fingers crossed my new hybrid (you reviewed the exact one I'm getting in another video) will be a winner
My humble opinion is that a hybrid bed may be a cheaper option but it is not the best. I simply think that for lighter people, memory foam is ideal (meaning to use it during cold days) And during the summer, latex may be used because it is also soft (but not as foam) but it is cool. It is an expensive option but I would say the best...
I was team foam, but I will admit that waking up at night because I'm HOT is a not so good thing. I started thinking I was going through the change of life because I forgot that important detail. Now, I'm going to order a HYBRID and see if I like it better. Thank you for the helpful and informative video.
Ok guys, I really need your opinion. I've finally narrowed down my choices to the Nest Sparrow Signature and the Brooklyn Aurora medium and have to make a decision by Cyber Monday. I'm mainly a side sleeper, 150 pounds, wake up with hip pain, occasional sleep hot, sleep a lot on edge and also like to sit on edge. Price is really not a major issue at this point. Thanks!
Hi Parker. Thanks for commenting. Based on the information you provided, we'd probably recommend the Aurora mattress out of the two choices. Since you are a side sleeper though, we'd probably recommend the soft model over the medium model though for some extra pressure relief on your shoulders and especially your hips since you are feeling some hip pain. The Aurora sleeps really cool(the cover actually feels cool when you touch it which is great) and has decent edge support. I hope this helps!
Thanks you for this video. I am still undecided, only because i fear that i will feel the coils on my hip and shoulder (i am a side sleeper) and it will create pressure. Currently i have Dormeo Silver Plus Memory foam and i dont have any pain, but I feel extremely hot :/
Cozy and warm in winter is great but not good in the hot summer. Definitely don’t want a memory foam only bed. And a big no to those off gases. Good to know!
Keep up the great reviews! Looking at replacing our 2 month old Serta mattress MISTAKE. I have so much pressure in my hips when sleeping on my side it's actually painful. I'm debating between the Nolah hybrid 15 Plush, Layla Hybrid, dreamcloud premier, or purple matress hybrid 3. I'm leaning heavily towards the Layla hybrid or Nolah hybrid 15 I plush. Any recommendations out of those choices? Looking for most pressure relief on the hips that doesn't make you sweat. Thanks so much!
Happy to help! If you are looking for a mattress that has the most pressure relief and is good for hot sleepers, we'd probably recommend the Layla Hybrid out of the two. The soft side of the Layla Hybrid(it has two sides which is awesome) is soft enough to relieve pressure for most sleepers and since it is a hybrid has the coils for breathability. The Nolah, DreamCloud, and Purple 3 are great choices though, but we really like that the Layla flippable so it has a soft side and firm side, so it's like getting two mattresses in one. Let us know if you have any more questions.
I broke down and bought the hybrid, I really didnt want to spend that much money but the memory foam is not for me ..I move around a lot , back and side sleeper
@@heartbreakkyle273 no I’m not old. I’m a millennial, but springs help with the bounce versus memory foam Have you sinking. The springs help with thrusting.
@_1Brick1_ ya I get you can just let the springs bounce you in a rythem with the compression, but like don't mind me asking but are you overweight and not the most strong or mobile?
I’m a construcción worker I do a lot of physical work and also sometimes at the end of the day I’m overwhelmed and stressed out, I sleep on every single position on my back on my stomach left and right side sometimes I have hard time sleeping even if I’m super tired and sometimes I have back pain as well . Question here is, what kinda mattress is the best for me hybrid or traditional springs chiropractor mattress? I need you help!

Love my hybrid with a neutral form that is responsive
I have no idea how to do this. My beds were given to me. Thanks for this

How do you like the hybrid?
@@Divastarchick2008how about you
I have a memory foam mattress right now. I wake up hot and with back pain. I ordered a hybrid to replace it. I'm also thick with 4 c's lol.
I like em thick
Which hybrid mattress did you buy please ?
Well done folks! Cute!
I absolutely hate my memory foam mattress. My back hurts after laying in it for 10 minutes. And it's so hot. I'll be buying a hybrid very soon.
Yes i have a memory foam mattress and it's got a sink hole and get lots of back, back and shoulder pain
Did you buy the cheap memory foam ones? Hah
Your feedback was very useful, thanks.

This felt like an adult version of bill nye 💖 I watched until the end. Thank you ✨
What do you think about memory foam and gel?
A tube water bed...non wave was the best i miss it 😪😪😪😪

could i please ask what it means if we say that someone is hot sleeper, therefore they avoid some particular mattresses?
Hot flashes, night sweats, or tends to feel hotter than cold, more often when sleeping, etc!

Can i use my old box springs as a base?
Try it! What can go wrong?
Do they sell JUST spring mattresses anymore?
My back says yes!
team memory foam
Definitely don't want to feel my partner moving allthe time so memory foam
Hybrid partner
Hybrid!
I thought this was a pg video then she dropped the “difficult to have sex” comment lmao
Just being real with everyone!
Now I have to research extra springy mattresses.

Hybrid much better
Changing to hybrid because it’s hard for me to have sex on my memory foam.

I have a Helix midnight and still have trouble with the bounce 😅
Is the sex that big if a deal if your young. Or is it still worse on full memory foam
