I’m a construcción worker I do a lot of physical work and also sometimes at the end of the day I’m overwhelmed and stressed out, I sleep on every single position on my back on my stomach left and right side sometimes I have hard time sleeping even if I’m super tired and sometimes I have back pain as well . Memory foam enthusiasts? Wtf is that?? Lol

We had a Pro Adapt soft and after 3 years my hips sank in so much I had back pain. I am 6 foot and 210 pounds. It still rebounded so there was no warranty claim. So be careful with the soft version. I have had a Nolah Hybrid for 4 years and it’s causing some shoulder pain. Now considering the TP from Costco.

for people who cant rather fall asleep when on their back: -try using herbal supplements like melatonin -try to find the most comfortable pillow for your neck -relax your body as much as possible -dont concentrate too much on sleeping, think about positive stuff instead my problem when i tried to sleep on my back was that i often had neck pain rather than a back pain. After swapping to a different pillow, i wasnt feeling any pain which further made it easier to fall asleep. It took me about a week to completely get used to the position and now i cant sleep on my sides due to shoulder pain :'d. The key factor was to slowly adapt rather than just trying to sleep on my back on day 1. Hope this helps and if you have another question feel free to ask me.

Do they sell JUST spring mattresses anymore?

DO NOT BUY THIS BED. They lie and this can destroy your life. I recently purchased a Sleep Number Bed, and unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. The design flaws are keeping me from programming the bed. I can't get to the buttons. The SLEEP NUMBER BED IS causing me severe pain-pain I never had before. I used to be active, enjoying workouts and hikes with my husband, but now, I can’t even do those things because of the discomfort this bed has caused me. It’s affected not only my physical health but also my happiness and my relationship. I feel more depressed than ever, and it’s all because of the lack of quality sleep. To make matters worse, the bed’s design has serious issues. For instance, there’s a reset button that connects the bed to the controls or your phone, but it’s completely inaccessible because it’s covered by the bed frame. When I called customer service within the 100-day return period, I was met with nothing but empty promises. Despite my repeated attempts, they refused to take the product back, saying, “There’s nothing we can do.” After spending over $15,000 on this bed, I feel like I’ve been misled both in-store and by corporate. They were all too eager to sell the product but offered no real support when things went wrong. Now I have no choice but to buy a new bed and donate this one. My advice? Do not waste your money on a Sleep Number Bed. It’s been nothing but a nightmare for me
