I was at Lemmy’s last show, the last time he was on stage. He was only able to get through a song and a half before he had to apologize for not being able to go any further. He still started the show saying, “We are Motörhead, and we play rock and roll.” R.I.P to The God, and Godfather, of metal.
This was made in the 1980's. Motorhead were the first heavy metal group. But they always classed themselves as a heavy rock band. They would introduce themselves on stage by saying, 'We're Motorhead, and we play rock n' roll.' Phil 'Philthy Animal' Taylor (drummer) invented thrash metal drumming using two bass drums. Lemmy Kilmister (bass) was not so much a conventional bassist as a bassist who played bass like a lead guitar. 'Fast' Eddie Clarke (lead guitar) brought a beautiful tone and sophistication to the overall sound. Together they were loud but superb. After Eddie left the sound never was as good again. Next? Try The Hammer. This was Phil's song, and another fast paced energetic song. All gone to Heaven now. RIP.
RIP These dudes Lemmy Kilmister on bass Fast Eddie Clarke on guitar and Phil Philthy Animal Taylor on drums There all in Rock N Roll Heaven Now Rock on Lads!!
Motor head started in 1975 in Birmingham, England in 1975. Lemmy Kilmister (lead singer and bass player) was the only constant member, until he died of cancer at the age of 70 in 2015, the days after his birthday. Their other biggest song is "Killed by Death".
"Where do these guys get their energy?" A pure love of life and their fellow humans. A searing joy dashed across the canvas of existence. Some amphetamines.
If you enjoyed them so much, then your natural choice now is "Overkill" - their other greatest hit. Really, Motorhead was such an amazing band, and this song is really good! R.I.P., Lemmy! Great vocalist, great frontman!
Lemmy had a cameo in a movie called Air Heads. Motörhead are iconic, love this song { Iron fist }{ Eat the Rich }{ Bomber }{ I'm so bad baby, I don't care } just to name a few. All original members have passed away, Lemmy was the last.
The name Motörhead is derived from a nickname given to speed freaks back in the early 70s, England where the band hail from, I think their first album was released in 1980 they were pioneers in their style, but their accidental genius paved the way for others to fallow.
First band I saw age 13 back in 1981 at the Manchester Apollo, Front row and met the band after, Lemmy was so nice to us 4 little kids and I still have the autographed programme. Very happy memories
I went to a festival where both Motörhead and Rammstein performed. Motörhead was louder! Never ever heard such loud music and also haven't since. R.I.P Lemmy, you were one of a kind.
There are so many good bands out there that many never neither heard of nor heard their music. This is one of Motörhead most famous songs I would say. Its catchy and easy to sing along to. I still find old bands and songs I have never heard of before, and I have listened to a lot of music over the years. I am glad you enjoyed another one of my suggestions. :)
And there are many great bands and great music out there we will never hear in our lifetime, as it's a huge market right now and we're bound to miss so much. I've found many obscure new bands that are either revival of particular style or a new thing entirely, but still who knows how many musical gems I'll never discover. And I'm sure I've missed some great "oldies" as well, despite being primarily interested in the music of the past. As someone who really loves music and finds solace in it, that thought genuinely saddens me...
Motörhead was a great band RIP Lemmy And we have the great pleasure of seeing a very extremely beautiful lady named Inna doing this reaction, love ya❤🥰🤗🔥😘😍🤩
🤩👍💥💯🎼 Glad to see Inna you've come far away from where you did start your channel(Nightwish) and you're already head over heels while gathering Motörhead fans and others from all over the world! 🤘😎 🇫🇮 💙
0:34 motörhead's not "metal" and the band members (rest in peace, all of them) disliked the term applied to them, understandably. (not that you did that -but people do)
Ace of Spades was released in 1980. It is the first example of "Thrash" aka "Speed" Metal. You should listen to "Painkiller" by Judas Priest. That one is next level.
Unfortunately all of these 3 are not with us anymore. Time is flying. I was listening this band since my early teenage years and remember when this song came. It was sometuhing special, special - even for a metalhead like me. You could feel this song has a soul. Suggestions: ua-cam.com/video/1M4FG1UXH5w/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/LZ5fIKmn1ok/v-deo.html
I got a chance to see Dio, Iron Maiden, and Motorhead in August of 2003. It was the best show I've ever been to. You should check out "Killed By Death", "Deaf Forever", "Overkill". You can't reallt go wrong with any Motorhead song though.
We are the road crew bruhhhhh
"We are Motorhead, and we play rock 'n' roll"

"We are Motorhead, and we came here to kick your ass"

Every thunder storm you’ve heard has been Motörhead doing a sound check. If I don’t see Lemmy when I die I will know I screwed up bad
Never heared from Motörhead before....we live in different realities! Lemmy is a Legend! Motörhead is Rock & Metal history!!!!

1:22 The exact moment Inna fell in love with Lemmy. He just had a way with the girls.

Philthy Animal on drums totally makes this song. The whole thing absolutely rocks and the lyrics are perfect for Lemmy.
England
"Where do these guys get their energy?" A pure love of life and their fellow humans. A searing joy dashed across the canvas of existence. Some amphetamines.
Nope, not 70's or '60's. Well maybe written in '79, "Ace of spades" was released in Nov. 1980.
After all these years it remains an astonishing 3 minutes of music.
Im 64 effing love it.
It's a wall of hard music. It's friggin BRILLIANT!
RIP Lemmy, he was born in my home town in the UK, and now rests in Los Angeles.
I soe them with my own eyes in 78 and 81....and my ears are still ringing
Romance music, 100%....give it a whirl ;)
"Let's jump into this video." "Let's jump into this lava pit." This is Motõrhead. They play rock and roll.
Heard them live in 1992. My ears are still ringing. 🤘
Met Lemmy twice, seen Motorhead nine times
One of the best live bands. Saw them many times
Born to lose,live to win🤘
Lemmy is the Godfather of Heavy Metal . RIP
RIP Lemmy 🙏
RIP Lemmy Kilmister , Fast Eddie Clark and Philthy Phil Taylor
A bit of trivia in case you didn't know. The "Dead Man's Hand", Aces & eights was held by Wild Bill Hickock when he was shot dead during a poker game.

Motörhead has an impeccable discography, they released a clip of a very good cover they did of "Enter Sandman"
Few bands have no bad albums. Motorhead is one of them.
Lemmy had a cameo in a movie called Air Heads. Motörhead are iconic, love this song { Iron fist }{ Eat the Rich }{ Bomber }{ I'm so bad baby, I don't care } just to name a few. All original members have passed away, Lemmy was the last.
One of my favorite bands of all time! "Ace of Spades" was released in 1980, and includes someone playing the spoons... :)
The 80's best time ever 🇬🇧

I went to a festival where both Motörhead and Rammstein performed. Motörhead was louder! Never ever heard such loud music and also haven't since. R.I.P Lemmy, you were one of a kind.
Of course they were louder😀
Same exact reaction i had in 1980 when this album came out 😃
They were out in 70s this was the early 80s kick ass band makes you drive fast love it you rock
I saw a version of this with Lemmy on bass and vocals, Dave Grohl on drums, and Slash on guitar. Great sound.
Not sure if you saw it, but at the end of the song, the next was Cemetry Gates by Pantera - Please listen to it, you won't regret it!

These guys were one of the biggest inspirations behind heavy metal, rip Lemmy
So many legendary stories about these guys, but one thing I do know is that your reactions are going to be short!!!!!!! ;)

R.I.P. Lemmy ☹
Song is from 1980
Lemmy is God!
Song was recorded in 1980
You should hear the band Blackfoot the song train train
Lemmy never considered his band to be heavy metal. Instead, he considered it to be punk. (I see elements of both).
♠️🤘😈🎸♠️🤘😈🎸♠️🤘😈🎸♠️🤘😈🎸♠️🤘😈🎸
And don't forget the 🃏joker.
PLEASE DON'T CALM DOWN INNA, enjoy the ride 😊
You should do a reaction to When Im Gone by Lilac & Lotus! New band from Wisconsin!
Everyone reacts to "Ace of Spades"... It would be cool of you to react to "Iron Fist", "Bomber", or "Overkill". :)
1980.
HAHAHA Angel ya look like you're reacting to a Britney Spears video not motorhead
Do the song 'Motorhead' by Motorhead next see if you can figure out what they were all about.
