@@KirstyOnAttachment no. I can´t. This is such spiritual blah. But people who have experienced childhood with no available parents and always as we don´t care what you´ve down its not even worth to be looked at we have our own poblems here and they are way mor important..know what i´m talking about. But i´m happy for you that it was diffrent for you. I would alo struggle with raising a child. I struggle with the smallest things.

@@madlenj.4644 I completely understand that you feel that way, it doesn't have to be spiritual blah, it can be small tangible intentions to give yourself the things that you didn't get when you were younger. I entered adulthood with an extreme anxious attachment, abandonment issues, severe depression and anxiety and far too many unhealthy coping mechanisms and it's been a very long journey but becoming secure is absolutely possible to reconnect to yourself, heal your inner child, set healthy boundaries for yourself and feel more present in your life and that you'd be a present and responsive parent. It all starts with YOU 🫶
