- The plaintiff brought a rare gold coin to the defendant to get an appraisal on it. She claims the defendant took the coin and sold it even though she didn’t want him to. She’s suing for the value of the coin. The defendant admits that he sold the coin, but he didn’t even make any money on it. He’s countersuing for lost wages.

Case #28397
#PeoplesCourt #RealityTV #Court
Within the first 3 minutes of the case, the coin goes from a "rare coin" to a "common coin" 😂
Her bottom price was $500, but she had no intention to sell?
Lights are on, but no one is home.
The lights are flickering to boot!!! 🤣😂
😂😂😂
“Why are you smiling??” 😂
😂😂😂😂
Why was it so hard for her to explain how they met? Did she think Google sent him to take her coin?
I know you're joking but Google analytics does this. Companies use it to track ppl who visited their sites. It's actually a thing.
😂😂
Must be into conspiracy theories?
I think she tried to paint him as some predatory coin scammer and it backfired.
@@honeybeeklo83it sure did.
"He couldn't give me a receipt."
"Well, he gave ME a receipt."
"Anyone can make up a receipt."
"I'm learning a lot about mental health through this case" 😂
Such a slick sneak diss 🤣🤣 old dude was kinda funny
She's a crazy bat. She's going to spend months harassing him over money she can't even prove the coin was even worth.
She's straight from a Terry Gilliam flick!
She is cuckoo clock, but why did he say it was worth $500 if he knew he couldn't get that much? An item is only worth what you can get for it. He's weird too
@@ainnochaim9450 No, he said retail value. He didn't say he could get that much, he said that is how much retail (companies) can sell it for. If he's a reseller, then people would negotiate with him to get it for cheaper. So it makes sense that in a consignment agreement, she gets the bulk of the profit, and then he gets the rest of the profit.
Salespeople never Low-ball you on anything. To them bird's poop is even worth "more than you think"...
@@dbabies82 where do people buy coins that they can't negotiate?
She doesn't know this guy from a hole in the wall and she hands over a $500 gold coin in a coffee shop😢
Without any paperwork!
I’m surprised the judge didn’t call her out on that.
I thought it was a $3500 coin
I think even the judge was confused. It was like pulling teeth to get her to explain her case.
Because it’s all fabricated in her head from her own delusion. She’s scary. People that are that paranoid, that are conspiracists, thinking her google search resulted in someone following her (how they found her physical address who knows, another element of her delusions) and “baiting” her and putting in all this time - a month before she called him even, and she didn’t see him at all in that month - & effort for what? A $9 profit?! Total loon! She needs mental help, seriously, it’s sad to see. And she knows the value of the coin is at most $500 because she googled it and found that out herself. Just such a ridiculous nonsensical accusation. It’s embarrassing to watch
She just puts sentences together and hope they'll stick
😂
Like AOC!!!
"I'm learning a lot about mental health through this case" LMFAOOOOOOOOOP
How has this lady managed to keep herself alive this far into adulthood?
Dang 😂😂😂
I ask myself this question everyday at work
She seems a bit paranoid but not an invalid.
She's paranoid. She thinks he somehow saw she "searched for the info online" and somehow found out she would be at the Coffeshop?!? Then he "put some coins on the table as bait"?!? Textbook paranoia. He really does deserve compensation for having to deal with her crazy. Plus, her saying "I didn't make that up"(the report), makes me think she MADE IT UP, plus it wasn't even him😮.
yea, this is some gangstalking type thinking
She was nuts, and he's making up a counter-claim. Ugh.
She crazy and he thought he was getting some 🍑
Oh, who let her out unaccompanied?
😭😭😭😭
😂🤣😂🤣
'Who let the dogs out?'
LMFAO 🤣
LMFAO 🤣
She said this man was a whole “human algorithm”.. I’m weakened 😂😂😂😂
She’s nuts
Exactly!!
Just a little bit 😂
I hold the defendant responsible for having a 30 minute conversation with the plaintiff and agreeing to meet with her again
Underrated comment 😂
Great point
She is such a strange woman. She really thinks the AG can FORCE someone to hand over a coin that they LEGALLY paid for?!?!
The AG had more pressing matters than your 300 dollar coin!
The plaintiff seemed, off. Like the neurons in her brain weren’t firing the way they normally do. I’m glad she lost.
He can't laugh...but I can...lmbo
She wasn't pulling a full load.. somethings off with her. She couldn't explain how she met the plaintiff and is dead set on getting a coin back that she stated she wanted to sell.
She could not explain not one single thing concerning the case, and falsely accused the man. She really thought the judge was letting her see the receipt, instead sent it back to the defendant.
This is comedy gold. I just love Doug at the end !
My man had that Billy Crystal vibe.
💯
I got Christopher Walken
The Plaintiff doesn't seem very intelligent. Her answers to certain questions make no sense.
She's paranoid. She thought he somehow KNEW she Googled the coins and purposely targeted her. Like he's monitoring her internet searches. Nuts.
I love when people pull their evidence out of their pockets
Well, she pulled her story out of somewhere very CLOSE to her back pants pocket.
I've dealt with someone like this before. I went on a date with some guy who asked me to pick him up in front of his dorms. We had dinner, it didn't go well. No big deal. Then, seven years later, he is sending me all these messages about how I am involved in all sorts of criminal things, and the people he dormed with were too, and that's how I knew where to find him, me and the people in his dorms were in cahoots together. Whenever I would try to tell him that he literally told me where to meet him, he would become angry. It was so effing scary. I searched him online and he had several DV arrests.
OMG, so damn creepy
i get the vibe this woman is delusional
I wonder if he was on any drugs. I had a friend who was on meth and was convinced I was trying to set her up with FBI and I was setting up mirrors in her home when she was gone. I would laugh because it would be crazy! That just made her more convinced. It’s hard being around those people.
@@jordanabell9385 It was so insane. When he had dinner, he seemed so normal. It wasn't a bad date or anything, I just didn't feel any chemistry. He went from a seemingly normal college student to living on the street and thinking that the CIA was sending people to infect him with HIV. Any little thing that happened, he made this elaborate story up where someone was out to get him. And somehow, I had become one of these people out to get him, if not "the" person out to get him. It became so bad that I had to put a letter in my safety deposit box with his name, date of birth, and last known address, saying that if I ever go missing or am unalived due to foul play to check this person out, along with print outs of the text messages he sent me.
Anyway... when the plaintiff started with the defendant was watching her browsing history and followed her into the cafe to steal her coins, it reminded me of that dude and the kind of absolutely insane stuff he would send me.
Wait, she goes into this coffee shop all the time and has never seen him before, any chance he just came at a different time ? Does she show up in the morning and spend the entire day in the place ?
These people vote 😳
The Judges glasses in this episode are on another level, I love them.
Harvey: Good luck to you.. whatever ... okay 😂
Good news is the attorney general is going to get her coin back. Meanwhile later at the attorney general's office she goes in and tells them the story. They guy goes in the back and tells everyone, "you're not going to believe the nut that's out front and what she wants" LOL
Look at her Crazy Eye’s As Douglas takes the receipt back to dude 😂🤭
coins as bait loool
10:30 Someone who knows just a little about looking someone up online, and knows a little about “fishing “, and then smears his name because she doesn’t know what she’s doing is dangerous!
I bet if you asked her "What is your name"?....she will say "About 4pm on Thursday."
It’s middle of the night…can’t sleep 😴, please post more! 😊😊
Me too...smile
What's in the water in New England states that makes everyone goofy af? 🤪
We starting the day off early with new PC ❤ good morning from nyc
"Coin talk" 🤣🤣🤣
"I took it on COINsignment, I swear." -Harvey
🙄... 😁
He reminds me of Chriatopher Walkin. Lol.
She was wrong in every regard. She didn’t even have the right company 😮😅
this lady is absolutely insane
So weird to wake up to this video, it was uploaded way ahead of schedule! Thanks!!
She's so busy trying to paint him as a bad guy she doesn't realize she's actually agreeing to what his testimony is.
That woman is a bit off!! And I think I just watched Christopher Walken's bald cousin! 😂
Why is everyone only talking about the plaintiff? The defendant is also..unique
They’re both a few sandwiches short of a party tray. 🥴
Wrong, only the plaintiff, dude. Defendant was very knowledgeable and tried to be as fair as he could for OLD COINS AND JEWELERY!
@@trekgirl65 ehh, I'm not so sure he's totally above board and lily white
@@rockobill7637 Is it a feelings thing or is there proof?
@@keithanderson4701 yeah mostly feelings...but if he were such a professional upfront businessman, one would think he would have been clearer on the terms, perhaps put something in writing, provide some sort of documentation on the sale, especially with a naive or just plain weird customer who he characterized as not knowing much about coins...he started out even in the courtroom as saying worth $500 but then could only get 309, so who knows who said what and when...his reactions in court were sort of funny, but also a bit jerk-like and smarmy...perhaps as such a great businessman, give her a call out of courtesy before he actually sold it since it was getting just the 300 to make sure she was still alright with that...maybe not "proof", more like "evidence"...I don't see him as a pure boy...and would pass on dealing with him
He reminds me of Christopher Walken.
That woman is demented.
Why does she keep saying “I didn’t create it”. So sketchy. She 100% created it.
tells him dont laugh, but then trys to joke and makes the audience laugh, got it judge. she's krazy
Sounds like a Karen “I never seen him at the coffee shop and he followed me in there with coins”😂 yea ok
Wow!! Don't ask her more difficult questions than "how did you meet"? Geez!!!!
This case puzzled even Judge Marilyn Milian, who had to metaphorically use pliers to extract details from the plaintiff. The plaintiff was disorganized and couldn't recall basic details, such as how she initiated a conversation with the defendant. She appeared confused about her own case. However, she was similar to other litigants who seek information on the defendant only after the contract is made. Near the end, the defendant seemed amazed by Judge Milian's advice, as if it was a profound secret to happiness. In reality, the judge was merely offering common sense advice about documenting contracts clearly to avoid ambiguity and ensure traceability.
She seems to be the person that tells people not to post her picture online so people won't steal her banking info lol
She's not the brightest bulb in the room.
She keeps changing her story… rare coin to common coin. Worth thousands and never giving him permission to sell it to saying she gave him permission to sell it for no less than $500
This woman is code red INSANE. JM should have awarded him some money for having to put up with all her BS and lies.
She thinks that people use the "internetz" to gather information on what people google and steal that information to contact them. Or make elaborate schemes to make her sell her stuff.
The lights are on but ain't nobody home
You just said she smeared him in court he should have gotten something for that .
She stressing me out
The plantiff is a nut job
He reminds me of Christopher Walken
My OCD kicked in immediately looking at the lapels on her jacket! Looks like someone would have told her before she came into the courtroom.
The plaintiff has issues.
This lady is an oddball!!!😂
The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree with these two.
Hi everyone have a lovely beautiful blessed day ❤
She learned nothing from the judge.
🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
The weight is called the Spot Price. At 59 I've been collecting coins and stamps since 6th grade. Also the coin grade is 64 or above, not 62...lol
That wacko is going to keep harassing that man..🤦
She is wacky. You want to sell it and now you want it back? Make up your mind. Then she is smiling in a creepy way at the end.
This lady is Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs 🤪
Lol
Maybe something Judge Marilyn should tall plaintiffs that didn't have a written contract is that all they needed to do was, maybe, grab some toilet paper and a crayon and write out a simple contract. That would have the force of law, I think. She should tell litigants this.
The Plaintiff is a looney tune!!!!
She honestly thought she was hunted by this man. She watches and believes too many movies!
The plaintiff is a little nuts. It seems she wanted 500 for the coin & once she realized she was only going to get 300 she tried to back out
He's creepy and she crazy
She sounds paranoid 😭
She is nuts. Definitely a conspiracy theorist.
this case is almost as annoying as the homeowner who sued his landscaper after using his guys to mulch his yard from a couple days ago,
$7000 for a counter claim? Don't be greedy. You won and she looks bad for slandering you.
All she had to say is we met at a coffee shop
Yeah okay
WTH is going on here?! 😂😂😂😂
Did she really just say she did an internet search....and he hacked her computer to find out who she was....then stalked her to a coffee shop?
If ET was still on Earth he would look like the defendant.
7000 in lost wages! Is he a drug dealer. 😂
She definitely wants the buyer information to start shit lol
Kids please say no to drugs, always. 😅
She thinks he collected more money and didn’t give her
She has no evidence of said coin?? Why is she here?
Something is wrong with the lady. She thinks he gave her $300 to keep the coin?
Why do we need Harvey to go over the case at the start, when we literally just heard what’s been said.. then that annoying middle bit, let’s start a petition to rid the show of Harvey 🎉
Show is over. They got rid of everyone.
@@TatewakiGaming really? When did that happen?
They should not let mentally challenged / disturbed people on the show
Why?
She’s wasting time for REAL cases that are more important than a nut saying he ran into her at the coffee shop, where he might or might not have been sent by Google to phish for her RARE then common coin he’s only supposed to be appraising & not selling out from under her, yet she gave at least two amounts she wanted to sell it for. She then goes back to Google to look him up & she gets the wrong info. And to top it off, she is STILL ON A MISSION to now go get the original coin. And you ask why NUTS SHOUDNT BE ALLOWED TO FILE CASES & WASTE EVERYONES TIME FOR A STUPID COIN!
She is clueless!!
she is crazy
