Oh my. Not only it was a very well trained airline that i've ever seen in this video, but I think Korean Air is one of most respect and honour airline in the world
I love these students. They are so serious, but still have a sense of humor at the end. "How's the baby?" "The baby is smiling." Awesome. I would have no problem being involved in an emergency with any of these crew members. 👍👍
Sam, you continuously amaze me with your in-depth reports on aviation. I think if frequent flyers watch this video there are a lot of things they could learn. I think the NUMBER ONE thing people could learn is the proper way to evacuate an aircraft using the emergency slides. That explanation of how NOT to lie down and don't touch any part of the slide could eliminate a lot of friction burns. Keep up the good work.
Some passengers/travelers don't take this as serious as they should but watching this video make one want to be mindful and pay attention to these instructions as it could soar one's life or someone else's life. Thanks Sam for making this video. I really enjoyed it.
Amazing insight into what airlines do to keep us passengers safe. The fact that Korean Air goes as close to the reality as possible is a good idea in my opinion. Well done Sam!! 😍😍😍
They make you wear a face muzzle throughout the entire flight duration despite no scientific studies showing they work and all other airlines dropping them.
I am alwaya proud of Korean Air. We always get the best training regardless if that would be in flight or on ground. I am proud to say that because of Korean Air, I am now part of another global airline recognised in the world..
Last time "emergency" with Emirates was like easy wibe. This time with Korean i got goosebumps by watching the video. Adrenalin level is somehow much higher. I think it only says that a person needs more of such trainings to function properly in a real crisis.
I know, right? I was about to say the same thing. I will never ever challenge these two instructors. Their arms and chests are so massive. I will behave nicely. 😁
These behind the scenes training videos are always very interesting to me, I am not a frequent flyer, so it's nice to be able to see what to do in an actual emergency, with using a life vest and even a slide, I learned in this video, not to inflate the life vest until you get to the doorway, something that is very good to see and to know beforehand, incase for whatever reason you are unable to fully hear the flight crew instructions in a real emergency. Thank You Sam, for making these videos, I think that the information in these videos will make it at least a bit less stressful in an actual emergency with having some visual prior knowledge of what to do. I'm sure that you are gaining a lot of great knowledge with these experiences👍🙂
The reason you don't inflate your life-vest is in case the cabin fills with water (which is more than likely). You may be unable to get out the door if your vest is making you float.
@@lindatannock That is very interesting and very good to know, I had not thought about being in the cabin with it actually filling up with water, I was just thinking about going out into the water. Definitely a good thing to think about if the cabin is filling up with water, to still not react too early by inflating the life vest before getting to the door way. Thank You Very Much👍🙂
Sam..... Awesome job: What's more the people instead of speaking in their native language were speaking in English. just some of the most well trained, skilled talented people you were working with. 👍👍👍
Cabin crew training is just insane and the instructions and verbal warnings before the shootings. I'm shocked. Like I know about the medical test, medical training, fire and swimming but this is just WOW. I don't know if airlines ground staff need to know how to use this kind of gun but I'd honestly be so jumpy😲 Edit: Super impressed with Korean Air. It's giving Qatar/Emirates/Turkish Airlines LEVEL quality. BRAVO CABIN CREW!!🙌🙌 Edit 2: That Boeing 747 fuselage is actually stunning in design phew.
Always full of relevant information.. You videos are awesome Brother !!! I love watching your videos.. All the very best to You and Your Family !!! Do you live in Dubai permanently??
I think that he lives there on paper. As his own flat is there. However seeing as how often he seems to be traveling. I can imagine that he also has some other places he can call home. (in the US that would probably be near his parental home if not the parental home it self) But his real home is where ever there is a aircraft.

Thank you for showing the Korean Air training center.
I have used Korean Air since 2011. An each flight where all outstanding.

I always panic if a real emergency was to happen simply because no body around me takes the safety instruction seriously. Another great video.

There was a situation in Cebu Airport months ago with Korean Air, but I have heard that those cabin crew members reacted very well.
Yes, KE631. It happened evening of October 23. The crew were very good in handling the accident. No casualties, just minor injuries.
You are a man with a thousand faces.
Congratulations

Very impressive training! Definitely sensed the seriousness of the situation. Good to be prepared for all possible circumstances.
Watch out the fake user for claiming prize. It’s scam
1:14 Looking at the muscles of those two instructors, I thought that I should never do anything bad on the plane.
I wouldn't even think of playing up after seeing those arms

It is impressive that Korean Air crews cabin crews trained and prepared for various situations. From a passenger's point of view, it's reassuring :)
Great vid on Korean air staff training. Got to see how much training is needed… wonder if only Korean air carries stun gun/tasers.
why chui this Great content not Reached widely🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀🤦♂🤦♂
Key thing I need to say in an emergency landing to my travel group. When I hear “Brace Brace” that means I’ll echo “Keep Low” to my group.
I like how Sam was so chill in the water crash
Your life just cracks me up. The things you do... lol
I never knew cabin crew had tasers with them! Great work Sam!
