@@mistyvk I know what turbulence feels like. I’m meaning the specific like this is normal turbulence and this is bad turbulence. So if I was in a simulator showing bad turbulence (which apparently is actually very rare) I wouldn’t be as afraid with regular turbulence which is what we normally feel, like you feel like you’re going to drop out of the sky.
@@MHSMagicLuver bad turbulence is like the extreme roller coaster drop, and anyone and anything unbuckled will be hitting the ceiling and then dropping down
Your videos are feeling more and more impersonal. I miss your insight and watching you struggle. Hearing you talk about your experiences and watching you overcome fear and anxiety was really inspiring to me. Watching someone appear to be effortlessly perfect at everything they try, is just...kinda discouraging. This is coming from one of your biggest fans! I hope you take this constructive feedback in a loving way.
I agree. They've been feeling more and more "corporate" to me. Less gritty and real like her old stuff that used to make me laugh, cry, and sweat out of stress lol

As a new viewer these vids are actually so good bc she actually challenges herself and in the future she can basically become any job she trained for even a marine
Since most of us would never get to experience such cool flight attendant training, i think we’d really appreciate longer and more detailed videos. for example i would’ve really liked to see longer versions of the jungle and Antarctica crash landing :)))) love your videos
@@ryanciani3324 I still thoroughly enjoyed the video, I just wanted to let her know that we wouldn’t mind if she included all the little details she experienced, since she filmed them already anyway
I LOVE traveling however I don't think I could ever be a flight attendant. They have to deal with so many situations, unknowns, and this video has really enforced why I would never do it. I love to fly places and respect this profession to the UTMOST degree when ever I fly. Treat flight attendants extra well even when your flights maybe delayed or canceled. They keep you safe.
The hardest part is dealing with people. We are trained to deal with emergencies and one thing that is not really discussed is how beautifully redundant the practice of aviation is! Signed a former flight attendant, safety consultant and single engine pilot!
@@sookysmashaus well said! Dealing with the public can be a real headache sometimes 😪. It's a difficult job that doesn't get enough recognition imo. I wish Michelle had done a longer video. 15mins is really only scratching the surface tbh! I'm former cabin crew, cabin safety manager and auditor with an airline.
@@lindatannock I agree. Also, for drama they really out her into positions without preparation so instead of training stuff into her to react properly, they placed her in situations with zero awareness. I think it just also be said, these “academies” are EXPENSIVE, come with NO offer of employment at an airline and that every airline trains it’s own FAs. NEVER pay for training a job offer will provide you and PAY you as part of the job. I know she met with aviation influencers and did this all for clicks but it really is a terribly inaccurate way to do this. And she probably didn’t get Stella or Kelsey on board because they know these flight academies are diploma mills. Kind of disappointed. And I love watching her try things.
@@lindatannock oh and all of the lifelong ailments that come with flying. Didn’t cover that. Radiation exposure, sleep disorders, on the job injuries, joint and limb issues from shoes, improper footwear and flying in jumpseats etc. ring an FA is physically TAXINg on our bodies!
I honestly think this video was short. I wanted to see more of the training. It was awesome. Can you post any extras or deleted content from this video? Would love to see it. Btw by this point I think you are the bravest people ever. You are ready for any challenge life throws at you! ❤️
there were some aspects of this video, along with the latest ones, that just really made me miss the old format. Michelle has always been a positive person but she always knew when to be serious, be attentive, and actually think of what would happen if the scenario was real. this video threw me off from how jokey she was the entire time, the rushed/choppy feel of it overall, and the lack of substance of what actually happens in the TRAINING to become a flight attendant. we didn’t see any actual training efforts, just simulations she was seemingly thrown in. been a long supporter of hers and this series but feeling further away than ever from where she started this series at
I had the same impression! The way the video was cut, it seemed like she was just joking around and not really taking it seriously. It was kinda annoying to watch.
I just looked Dynamic Advanced Training up and its a edutainment to become a cabin crew for a day, not an actual training, maybe thats why a rushed video. But I agree on the jokey thing you said, just feeling a bit off
I found this so interesting, especially the part about hypoxia, as my daughter is 13 and has had to live her whole life with an oxygen range of only 75-85% sitting mostly at 81% and never over 85%. Infact shes soon to have a cardiac catheter due to her saturations going below 75%
As former crew, its nice to see more interest in our training! But wish Michelle had added a caveat that this wasn't training, more like a hands-on tour of a training academy. No exams, no evaluations, and no systems experience. This just scratched the surface of how crew are trained!
Yes, as someone who used to fly a lot, I want to see a longer video of this. Flight attendants are a memorable part of my flying experiences. The level of professionalism and attention to details for the well-being and comfort of all passengers must be the product of these trainings. I wanna see what's behind the scenes. Also, thank you for your service!
I saw the video Delta made showing flight attendant training. Total respect to any flight crews. Not only are you thrown into high stress situations with inconsiderate passengers sometimes, you have to do it while jet lagged & on little sleep.
you can tell how empathetic Michelle is by the way she reacts to certain situations - after the fake crash, she looked like she was about to tear up, same way as she did during dispatch training, police academy, fire academy. she's not only strong, but incredibly empathetic and emotionally intellectual. i admire her SO much for that. it's amazing to watch, i wish i could meet her.
I love Michelle’s energy, each challenge accepted video she’s always so hyped to be there and to be doing it, Michelle I love your energy so much and thank you so much for all the hard work you put in to provide these inspiring video’s for us 🎉!!
No Matter what challenges they are, I'm very proud of this one, You're Awesome at Challenges Michelle ❤️ IT'S AMAZING WHAT YOU DO!!!! You're a true inspiration at Challenges, keep it up.
Repent to Jesus Christ “Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” John 6:35 NIV
I am a flight attendant! I hate how people romanticize our work, thinking about how cool is to travel around the world... but it's exausting!! sometimes we don't have energy to enjoy the place we are staying... if you're thinking about being a flight attendant, think about it twice. thank you michelle for showing the audience the reality about our work!!
The past few videos feel so rushed and non-serious compared to past ones... so much effort and work put in to such an interesting topic, and we barely got to see any of it. It feels like an ad for being a flight attendent rather than a story of how one ordinary woman pushed through all her fears to try something incredibly challenging.
Michelle, I really encourage you to consider a disclaimer with this video. Flight attendant training academies are a financial grift. Absolutely no person wishing to be an FA should ever PAY for their training. Any airline hiring an FA candidate will train their employees, as we have different commands and security unique to each airline. These companies come with NO guarantee of a job after. Applying to become a flight attendant is more competitive than getting into Harvard. There are typically 100K applications for just a thousand or so spots every year. I LOVE your videos, and it is always fascinating to learn of the different unique jobs that keep us all going. Additionally, the pay, hours and expectations of begin a flight attendant or extraordinarily taxing. I realize you are focused on eye catching content, but the less pleasant side of careers is an important factor as well. It would do so many young flight attendants I've met well to truly understand teh commitment, financial and time sacrifice we all make. sincerely and with gratitude, a washed up old flight attendant.
@@spencergraham-thille9896 That program is NOT a college. How about you find another thread to start an education discussion. It is imperative that people choose accredited universities if they wish to become experts in aviation planning, engineering, human factors, supply chain logistics, avionics, engineering, or other fields relevant to aviation safety. There is NO ACCREDITED school where you can learn to be a flight attendant. Go crap on education elsewhere please.
@@gabrielas550 That may very well be true, but these are for-profit scams in the United States, leaving young financially vulnerable people with the hopes that they are guaranteed or have an advantage in securing a position with an airline. They are exploitative here. Given that this creator is American, and I generally really enjoy her content, it's also important to pull back the curtain on this particular production, so as not to unintentionally mislead others. My criticism is not of Michelle, but of the programs like this here, that are fully without merit in the professional aviation space.
i gotta say Michelle's pure willingness to do throw herself into these things and her positivity and bubbly personality make all these videos a joy to watch
I noticed that the past few episodes have felt slightly abridged. Not sure if you found that the shorter format is better for viewership but I really miss your half hour episodes as I love to see the entire process inside and out. Regardless, I'm here for more and while I have always appreciated flight attendants, I have an even greater appreciation for the difficulty of their training and truly admire their poise under pressure. On a side note, Hasan is so sassy and I love it. I am also curious about those topless ladies XD
ahhh I love Michelle's content but seeing it only be 15 minutes makes me sad. Idk the reasoning but I know there must have been loads they had to cut out which was probably super hard and I know viewers would enjoy the detailed content so it just seems like a win-win to keep more in :(

As a Cabin Crew myself I do appreciate you bringing attention to our daily passengers on what we're actually on board for. Not mainly to serve coffee and food but to jump in at worst case scenarios. Thank you, great content!
Straight up Michelle your channel is amazing. It literally is allowing us people who may not necessarily know what the next step for us is in life. You are literally diving into different roles and professions to give us a glimpse into what people do on a daily basis. And even more so give us an opportunity to be like "you know what that actually seems very interesting" and someone out there might watch your video for the better and make that jump and change their lifestyle and profession just cause they got to see what it actually entails before going to school for 4 years and hating something. Much blessings to you, your family, and your amazingly growing channel. -ThehomieChrisfromTX
I feel like he didn't really train you but just threw you in. I love the concept but I just wish he would've trained you and then tested you like in your other videos. I still very much enjoyed watching. Great job as always Michelle 👏🏿
Michelle! I have an idea for a video! What if you were trained to be a teacher, and you were trained to do evacuations and get your students out of the classroom, and Lockdown drills. You keep your students in, hidden. Wouldn't that be gold?
Michelle, you are amazing!! I literally had anxiety just watching the plane crash sequence (lol) I have no idea how you have the guts to do this kind of thing but it's awesome! And I'll mention that I took a flight last month and the flight attendants were very helpful when I was having severe ear/sinus pain during the descent. I've always been sensitive on flight descents (having retracted eardrums for a few days, sometimes even weeks after a flight) and it was nice knowing that I had the help that I needed for the time being.
He was kind of a dick about it 🤣 “NEVER, we keep this down, we lower this.” I think she can handle holding an axe bro what did you think was gonna happen? Btw here’s a fire fix it
It would be amazing to see you work along side a vet tech at a high pace clinic for a week. It would help shed light on how important that role is in caring for pets. There is so much we do behind the scenes I think everyone should get to see. Having to jump from euthanasias to puppy visits to critical patients there is so much everyone could learn about the emotional toll it takes on us as well. Your videos are amazing and you would be the best person to do something like that!
This was brilliant! Thank you for undergoing all of these amazing things allowing us inside places we normally would NEVER get to see or understand. I do have a friend that is a flight attendant in This case and because of her, I always, Always, ALWAYS bring a bag of candies or something small that can be shared by all. I give it to the purser to distribute to the cabin crew and thank her for everything she and her staff do to keep us safe. Just a token of my gratitude. I never expected perks to come with it. Free upgrades, first class dinners because they are always left over etc. one clue though always buy a bag of miniatures. You never know how many attendants there may be. There could be 5, there could be 20. You don’t want anyone slighted.
Such an inspiration as always Michelle. Also Hasan is one of my FAVOURITE instructors you’ve featured LOL. He’s so funny and his character arc is amazing. 😂😂😂
Well hey, plenty of airlines are hiring right now if you’re interested, especially with the FA shortage going on. If under 21, there’s a few that start as low as 18, 19, and 20!
*dont get me wrong..ive been a subscriber for long, but I noticed this in the paramedic episode too and now in this one...Michelle you're such a fun personality but at times honestly I think when the professionals are giving you directions or story telling, sometimes you give off major unserious vibes...Im trying to put it as kindly as I can, but when the professional is telling you a story of how serious the situation can be and you're shaking your head or laughing in disbelief I think during such incidents, professionalism from your side can be implemented more. Considering that you've been so tough and inspiring through all the previous challenges, it was quite surprising to see you panic and break into pure chaos at the sight of the fire during the intro. Because by this point in the episode series I don't think seeing an extinguisher or a fire was "a first". Obviously you're no professional and create these videos to show us the behind-the-scenes of what each career looks like, but through it all i think it could portray a bit more professionalism from your end:)*
@@bumblemae yup its the whole unserious attitude in front of professionals at times which takes away from the core essence of the severity of the job she's trying to portray like be serious pls 😭
I agree - these videos seem to be taking steps back in maturity. If I were the Secret Service, military, etc. I wouldn't be open to filming with current state
@@amp-iv6tu 100% agree..the maturity is no longer there.. i feel like i would enjoy the content more if I saw her actually give proper attention and respect to those dedicating their time from their daily schedules to teach her..
Second time watching a video of her, I like them so far pretty informative but what annoyed me was that …it feels she is not taking seriously the time they are giving to explain her everything. Don’t get me wrong, she is funny and have a great personality but sometimes some topics needs the seriousness that deserves
I had a friend who was an airline steward. He lived in a houseboat in Honolulu & his usual routes were between California, Hawaii, Japan & Australia. He really loved doing it & made a very good living. Unfortunately, he couldn’t stop smoking marijuana & after giving him several chances, the airline eventually let him go. I still can’t believe he threw that awesome career away for smoking some weed.
Thankyou for showing and participating in FA training! As a flight attendant myself, a lot of passengers think we are only there to serve cokes but we truly are trained to save lives !
Agreed. I have too many passengers (grown-up men) playing with the safety stuff to annoy me, and it is not funny. Those jokes are really bad, spamming the call button too. People are bored on the plane and don’t realize we have a lot to do, and adding more work for us while we should already be getting to our jumpseats for takeoff is not a good way to pass time. I wish people would take our job more seriously because at the end of the day, if anything happens, they’ll be VERY glad we are trained to help them instead of just saying « sorry, i can’t help, but tea or coffee? ».
As a former flight attendant I love to see people learn the job is way more than serving snacks and drinks :) I'm so happy and grateful that you did this challenge, although I would've love it to be a longer video, here in mexico, the shortest flight attendant trainning is 6 months, so I'm sure they only brushed the surface with you but I would've loved it be go a tiny bit in more depth.
'Chemistry' lol. At times the dude seemed to be done with her. And I agree with most of the other comments, she could have been a bit more professional.
Thanks for your videos. You're a very brave young lady to take on these various assignments. I never knew flight attendants went through such strenuous training. I have a new found respect for them.
Everybody is asking for longer videos and as much as I would love them too, y’all gotta understand that sometimes these places don’t have multiple days for the sake of shooting a UA-cam video. As the topics get bigger and cooler, I understand if the places only has a day open for filming which eventually leads to more “rushed” videos.
One thing that was mentioned in the video but that doesn’t get portray accurately is the AMOUNT OF INFORMATION. As a FA the sheer amount of information provided for you in 10-12 hour days for 2 weeks straight is insane. That’s without any hands on practice being counted
This was an interesting video. I paid a visit to my local airline with my students and they showed us a glimpse of what was included jn their training. This was similar in so many ways and made me understand why we ladies must be at a certain height and weight to be a flight attendant. Im not going to complain anymore about being rejected numerous times, it was for our own safety. Thanks Michelle for including this in your channel.
Michelle I just want to say thank you so much for this channel. Seeing a new video about you achieving your goals or learning a new skill just really inspires and motivates me.
This was a fun and informative video but it certainly felt a bit rushed and ended out of the blue for me. I see other people feel this aswell, hopefully on the next adventures we get a bit more of an in depth look at things as we were used to prior :)
So did I! It took 4 interviews, and was a one in 700 shot(at the time), but I got in! I survived nearly half of my class being cut before graduation, and worked for 25 years. Although it was awesome for a long time, it had turned into a terrible job by then. Leaving the industry was a blessing.
honestly thank you so much for this video! my mum is a flight attendant and the amount of abuse she recieves on the daily is shocking, i hope people do realise how important they are and how difficult their job really is! as im writing this shes had to stay overnight due to all the delays, i hope it gets better for flight attendants!
I hope so too, cause flight attendants have the most patience and I swear they’re so kind!!!! A flight attendant squeezed my cheeks when we’re getting our bags checked and I’ve loved flight attendants so much since then! Your momma is incredible
I would love it if you tried DCI and showed what the process for learning it was like. I'm a huge fan of color guard and I've loved being a color guard for two--going on three years. Love your videos Michelle!!
I was in between choosing nursing or flight attendant as career paths and thought that they were wildly different, but now I’m realizing that they actually are more similar than I think! Flight attendants are expected to keep up a positive attitude and calm demeanor for the people on board, all while being extensively trained and prepared to handle any medical or situational emergency-similar to what’s expected of a nurse on a fundamental level
Flight attendants have extremely basic and limited medical training. They aren’t even relatively close to being EMT’s/paramedics or RN’s if that is what you are implying.
I appreciate the "normal" job videos instead of always getting more extreme. Lot more cool content where that came from... Can't wait for the sewer worker video.
This is honestly the funniest challenge accepted video! When she said “put it over your face and use the elastic” this had me dying laughing! Great job Michelle!

@@MichelleKhare hello!
It's Challenge Accepted after all
@@ymir2789 Yup
I would absolutely love to go in these simulators. The reason is, turbulence makes me nervous. If I knew exactly what it felt like, maybe I wouldn’t be as nervous.
uuuhhmmm...
you don’t know what it feels like? to me it can be like a drop on a rollercoaster
You don’t know what it feels like? 😅 how!?
Less gritty and real like her old stuff that used to make me laugh, cry, and sweat out of stress lol
what do you expect? this is a video on the internet. not a movie. stop complaining and turn on your tv for something long
@@ryanciani3324 you don't understand. She used to make longer, in depth videos but she exchanged them for short impersonal ones
YOU dont understand. thats good. videos are supposed to be that way. seriously if you want something long get off the internet where videos are short. if you want something over an hour your gonna be very disappointed and you dont get the idea of videos. they arent supposed to be long
@@ryanciani3324 There are plenty of people who make content that is 30/40/50 minutes or more on the internet. It isn't uncommon.
That's what I was hoping for. This video could have at least been 20 minutes plus
yeah but I think her focus on her life path has shifted and this isn't the main thing anymore. it's lead her to the natural next phase.
stop complaining. this is a video. not tv. 15 minutes is normal for an average video. most videos are even a bit shorter
That and they have to deal w scary emergencies whilst absolutely knackered. My sis and cousin are never not exhausted and confused
Challenge Accepted isn't just a series; it's the entire spirit of this channel and we're all here for it.
I honestly think this video was short. I wanted to see more of the training. It was awesome. Can you post any extras or deleted content from this video? Would love to see it.
Btw by this point I think you are the bravest people ever. You are ready for any challenge life throws at you! ❤️
its not short 15 minutes is normal for videos. this isnt a show or movie. you want something long turn on your tv or put in a dvd
there were some aspects of this video, along with the latest ones, that just really made me miss the old format. Michelle has always been a positive person but she always knew when to be serious, be attentive, and actually think of what would happen if the scenario was real. this video threw me off from how jokey she was the entire time, the rushed/choppy feel of it overall, and the lack of substance of what actually happens in the TRAINING to become a flight attendant. we didn’t see any actual training efforts, just simulations she was seemingly thrown in. been a long supporter of hers and this series but feeling further away than ever from where she started this series at
Yes, I totally agree with you
I had the same impression! The way the video was cut, it seemed like she was just joking around and not really taking it seriously. It was kinda annoying to watch.
I just looked Dynamic Advanced Training up and its a edutainment to become a cabin crew for a day, not an actual training, maybe thats why a rushed video. But I agree on the jokey thing you said, just feeling a bit off
@@ryanciani3324
Her Videos used to be longer
I AGREE 100% Felt the same way with her 'ettiquette school' video
I found this so interesting, especially the part about hypoxia, as my daughter is 13 and has had to live her whole life with an oxygen range of only 75-85% sitting mostly at 81% and never over 85%. Infact shes soon to have a cardiac catheter due to her saturations going below 75%
i hope things with your daughter go well ❤
@@yooriz thank you! Xx
I hope your daughter is doing well!!

One of my French teachers in high school was a flight attendant, and she told us it was very intense, but she has all sorts of cool stories.

@@MichelleKhare can you make longer videos please? I've been here for a few years. I really miss your longer videos. 🥺🥰
The past few videos feel so rushed and non-serious compared to past ones... so much effort and work put in to such an interesting topic, and we barely got to see any of it. It feels like an ad for being a flight attendent rather than a story of how one ordinary woman pushed through all her fears to try something incredibly challenging.
YES! i completely agree

Unfortunately I agree, glad I'm not going crazy
yeah i sadly agree, i miss the old format

Only Michelle is legendary enough to pull this stuff off I swear ✨🙌🏻❤️✨
You couldn't have put this any better
yessir
As opposed to any other college.
In Brazil flight attending courses like this one are mandatory in order be able to apply for a job in the business.
🙄
i gotta say Michelle's pure willingness to do throw herself into these things and her positivity and bubbly personality make all these videos a joy to watch
Hasan is so funny, his humor level is top notch. And as always Michelle is incredible and a huge inspiration!

Michelle can do anything and nothing can stop her.
ahhh I love Michelle's content but seeing it only be 15 minutes makes me sad. Idk the reasoning but I know there must have been loads they had to cut out which was probably super hard and I know viewers would enjoy the detailed content so it just seems like a win-win to keep more in :(
@@eselcool3720 yesss especially because I KNOW flight attendant training is WAY more intense than this, I would love to have seem Michelle handling that too

I truly love your content, but I feel as though you haven’t been taking the videos as seriously as before and you aren’t including as much information about these challenges. I seriously love your long, more document style content. I would watch a video that is an hour long. I would love to see you explain the difficulties about the challenges you face. This video felt more like a summery rather than an in depth video. I love and appreciate your work so much!
she takes them very seriously. most people hold his own camera and does all the work if anything this is a bit professional for just a video. this is plenty of information. if you want something long go turn on your tv. nobody wants an hour long video. thats way to long for a video. most people wont watch a video thats an hour
@@eselcool3720 exactly. This Ryan guy is on just about every single comment trying to chastise people that just are saying they miss Michele’s old video format.
I really miss the longer ones! This was amazing it just felt like an extended trailer. I wanted so much more info!
A lot of it probably isnt safe to show the public, because passengers could mess with the stored emergency equipment
The first fire was so funny. Michelle literally reacted like a sim. 🤣
would've loved to see a little bit of the flight attendant selection and recruitment process as well, heard it's extremely difficult!
I feel like he didn't really train you but just threw you in. I love the concept but I just wish he would've trained you and then tested you like in your other videos. I still very much enjoyed watching. Great job as always Michelle 👏🏿

Thank you for this, you're always entertaining but I low-key miss the longer videos-30 minutes of learning something new!
Not even low key - HIGH KEY MISS THEM
9:26 he needs to do stand up comedy lmao
I would have loved to see an extended version of this. Amazing.
It's so nice knowing how they are trained since I will travel soon it's so refreshing
Michelle! I have an idea for a video!
What if you were trained to be a teacher, and you were trained to do evacuations and get your students out of the classroom, and Lockdown drills. You keep your students in, hidden. Wouldn't that be gold?
Great Idea!!
As a flight attendant I appreciate you showing what it is like to be a FA. Even tho it is just a small part of our training ✈️💗

I can’t wait to watch this!!!You are such an amazing person Michelle

Obviously you're no professional and create these videos to show us the behind-the-scenes of what each career looks like, but through it all i think it could portray a bit more professionalism from your end:)*
i felt the same way. the way she reacted to the fire felt like she wasn't taking it seriously or trying to get into how it feels.
@@bumblemae yup its the whole unserious attitude in front of professionals at times which takes away from the core essence of the severity of the job she's trying to portray like be serious pls 😭

I have a much greater respect for flight attendants after watching this video. I had no idea they went through such crazy training scenarios.
Michelle I miss the longer episodes! I wish you had a more in depth explanation or reflection on this experience but great video either way!
