This is our last series of Qatar Airways vlog. There are a lot of great people work in aviation, most of them aren't or never been on the camera. One interesting fact: Captain Fatima, was on standby and called out last minute to operate the flight. She didn't know the filming before hand and was not even prepared but you can totally feel her confidence. I became a big fan of her throughout the 6-hour flight together.

I’m a former Cabin crew of Qatar Airways currently training to become a pilot. This series takes me back to my days at QR ( never hated a day at work, oh I miss it dearly ) and I’m so glad that the world gets to see what our jobs like, that crew aren’t just waiters and flying isn’t all about auto pilot, there’s so much work and responsibilities behind. Oh this Captain, never flown with her, yet I am blown away by her professionalism and confidence, used to love pilots like this. I have a colleague in my pilot training, he’s in love with the Captain’s confidence, literally mimics Captain’s dialogue and watch this video almost everyday. I also feel so proud as part of this family. Can’t wait to go back ❤️
The In-flight service manager is very passionate about his job. Such a big inspiration. Even the captain is so easygoing. She buttered the landing so well that I didn't even realise she touched the plane down.

Does anybody wonder if maybe the first officer absolutely loathes flying with her because throughout the entire flight she lets loose some Pakistani poppers that absolutely smell like the last 2 feet of Satan's rotten and jungle bloated lower intestine? If I was her I'd do it any time I could. Id be ruthless in my mission to share my creations and nobody would ever suggest that I consider crop dusting after retirement.

Like other said not only the pilot manifested confidence, the lead pursuer was confident as well. He did a very good of presenting the various aspects and duties of the cabin crew.

@@henkjanvanraikonnen5073 Airline pilots experience drug testing when they are hired, after any incident or emergency, and randomly in addition to that. According to an airline pilot on quora, they averaged a drug test about every 6 months.
Immediately liked the Captain. Impeccable confidence and command on the operations. Never knew the flight preparation process behind the scenes. The crew definitely puts in a lot of effort and hard work. Thanks for this vid, cheers!

Fantastic behind the scenes footage Sam... have flown 380 a number of times and at both ends of the aircraft (depending on available cash) and i knew the crew were busy but did not realize just how busy they are .. and they make it look so easy .. much respect to them !

This was extremely emotional for me as I just flew on the A380 to Thailand and back to LAX. What a giant plane it is and seeing the performance of the Pilot & co pilot reassured me of my safety.

Captain Fatima was so professional, knowledgeable, experienced and no-nonsense! Qatar service and the cabin are superb in first and business class (economy is just economy, but they're still good).

I have just joined your army of subscribers having seen a couple of your videos before. But, this was so entertaining seeing behind the scenes and it puts in perspective all the hard work going on that we don’t see when traveling. The crew is so professional and the way they handle such massive full house aircraft with such calm mind tells alot about their priorities. Kudos to the whole hardworking team. 🎉

the A380 is just astonishing as a piece of engineering, I have never had anything but a fantastic flight on every A380 I have ever flown on, 5 to date.
