While on a trip with the girls, my shoulders were a bit tense, so one of my girlfriends massaged my neck.
She noticed that I had a hump on my neck. I am 63 years old. I actually noticed it but forgot about it. I did not know that anyone could see it. I was a little bit shocked and embarrassed, but she told me because she cared.
I was actually lying in bed last night, searching for tutorials about an exercises for a back hump.
I have been a hairstylist for 35 years. I know that I am always hunched over cutting hair, and I give a great shampoo that lasts about 15 minutes. Lol. My clients are spoiled, so I have earned my hump back,I guess ( UGH)!
Your exercises make perfect sense, and I will absolutely use them. Thank you so much. I understand what.@egwthe1 means about being embarrassed though.❤

Usually 3-4 times per day, split up throughout the day.

For the first time in a lone time, I can feel the muscles contracting and burning.

It's crazy how affective these exercises are. After doing it once my shoulders want to pull back instead of forward kinda like muscle memory like they miss not being slouched forward. And omg so much relief and pressure off my back and after just following a long in your video it doesn't seem like much but has you feel like your standing up taller. Definitely doing more through out the day everyday, never thought I'll actually find an exercise I would want to do and not have to force myself to do. Idk why but after doing these my back feels so much better. No bullshit, I'm not a bot. Just keeping it real.

@@LINA.. I know how you feel, and I also don't do enough to try to fix it, although I did some stretching earlier, by Adison Briana, and it actually kind of lowered the pain, it can't do much in one try, but it was relaxing and comfortable 😊

Doc, love the ytwl. Amazing and quick. I just did them and I am feeling some relief and will therefore be doing them from now on. I tried other ways but they did little in the way of helping. Thanks, Doc.

It will be fixed only and only with exercises. Is telling you this a woman that has chronic recurrences and gets back to normal only and only after insisting a lot with the right exercises, evennnn when it hurts!

I had this hump since my 20's and even had a doctor ask me if it hurts, I thought I had a abnormal growth of bone and just lived with it, I finally know what it is and that it is fixable. I am now 63 and I am so happy to finally be able to work on getting this monkey off my back ( and not a nice one)as I always called it.

I do this because I have cervicogenic dizziness. I use foam roller with this, my dizziness got better and my back in 1 week of doing this and will still continue to do this and be part of my routine. I do this 10 seconds in every position 1 rep twice a day.
