    More about TJMBB (from betterbalance.net):
" Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance, developed by Dr Fuzhong Li, PhD, a senior research scientist at the Oregon Research Institute, and taught by Jan Voit, PT. This nationally recognized evidence based fall prevention program for older adults is an enhancement of traditional Tai Chi transforming movements into therapeutic training for balance and mobility.
This unique training approach is the result of years of research and community evaluation which culminated in a well organized community based program which includes an 8-form core routine, practice variations and therapeutic subroutine."

Thanks. I will TRY to do these exercises but they seem to be a bit difficult for me because I have problems with coordination. Too awkward.😁

I’m with you, they can be awkward, and I promise the best way for them to become smooth and coordinated is just practice. Allow yourself permission to laugh at yourself first and just play with the activity- it can be fun and with time you’ll see improvement!

movement done twice and held end position for a breath makes it easy aka mind then body cooperate on third movement

I do not doubt that these exercises will be of some benefit to people. But how is it related to tajiquan? The "pushing" to step violates so much.
What is wrong with the Bafa Wubu??

Tai Ji Quan: Movement for Better Balance emphasizes moving beyond our center to lead to balance improvements. I’m not sure what Bafa Wubu is
