    Tai Chi is such a great way to maintain strength and improve balance for seniors, or in fact for anyone looking to regain better balance and stay active as we age. Practise this short session a few times each week and let me know if it has helped improve your balance?

    Just a bit too much talk in this video. Also tone of voice is a little condescending . I do know the video is for beginners.
