    I was told by my Occupational Therapist to add this to my daily activities. Yesterday was my first time and I enjoyed it. She makes it much easier than other instructors.

    I’m going to try this everyday with you. Though it seems easy, it really isn’t. You seem to know at what point my arms have had enough. I also enjoyed the balance exercise. I’m very excited. Thank you, Sue. 🙏🏼🌟💖

    super instructional but I had to turn the sound off because it is nerve wrecking and too loud when she speaks
