Salt & Pepper

Remove the pulp from the tomatoes and finely dice the fleshy skin.

Remove the sausage casing and finely dice the sausage meat.
Fry the sausage meat in the olive oil over medium heat.

Beat egg and cornstarch in a bowl.
Melt butter in a hot fry pan. Add egg and quickly reduce heat (to low) stirring the egg until scrambled (Lift the pan off the heat as necessary).
Add egg to sausage mixture and mix.
Cut cheese in half and place the two halves end to end along the center of the tortilla.
Spoon the sausage and egg mixture over the cheese.
Roll the tortilla to form the burrito, closing one end, and leaving one end open.
Enjoy with hot sauce. - Навчання та стиль
Thank you for making my favorite MCDONALD’s recipe. I made it this morning and I like it even better!
Like the crescendo of music when he’s about to cook sausage .! Lol looks yummy ! Had one 1st time ever at 72, yesterday. Great flavor, not much innards.
A better burrito than McDonalds, for certain!
If McDonalds served burritos like yours, I'd buy them all day, everyday!
Thank you! I agree. Actually I had one in NZ in 2019. It was the worst burrito. Literally Looked like they shook the bag with it inside. Just an unpleasant mess. Much appreciated 👍
FINALLY!!!
A quick realistic video!!!
I’m making them now!!! 🙌💫
Thanks
Oh okay ! Gotta try this 😊
Oh wow, I could have that for Breakfast, second breakfast, and Elevenses...
PREPFORIT it’s a goodie
If I could, I would be on the next plane to get your version of the breakfast burrito. LOL That would be one expensive burrito. LOL
LOL
Oh yum. Looks great.
Looks pretty darn authentic to me.
thanks 😊
Excellent, thanks for another great idea!
Peter Clingen thank you 😊
Did it without the meat and it came out great.
Nice 👍
My shortcut version of this uses Rotel, Jimmy Dean's Sausage Crumbles, and reconstituted onion
I can only get Jones, are they similar?
Arran- Gotta say I love this and will be whiping up a few this weekend. McD's burritos are a secret vice of mine, and so cheap! Do they have the steak McBagel in Japan? If you are aware of it Id love to see your version
Adam Smith cool. Enjoy. No I’ve never seen a steak mcbagel but you have got me interested 👍yummy
Arran the McDonalds Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel is the bomb. Best thing on their menu aside from the breakfast burrito.
Similar yours look more consistent, a good burrito 🌯 👌
Thank you 😊
Love this Arran. I haven't added corn starch to eggs. Does it make the eggs fluffier?
Yes they turn out really well. Just a little heat at first and take the pan off the heat And the eggs become cream and fluffy. Not watery etc. it’s a good tip. Just a touch of corn starch.
Oh you need to cook then in butter. That’s key too.
There's not that much sausage, onions & stuff in a McDonald's one. This looks way better.
That's enough ingredient to make ten of the ones I get.
I remember I had one I at McD NZ it look like a dog had attached it when I opened it. Glad this looks better
What kind of sausage did he use?
Just a regular sausage I think it might have been a bled of pork and beef. Whatever is available from the supermarket but best to have that British style ( real meat) sausage rather than a processed solid one. Just cut the casing off and you have sausage meat inside.
I'm gonna make a fuck ton of these and just freeze them :)
Ha ha good to hear
What's with the wiggle/shake while eating? Did you contract Parkinson's Disease while making these? Ha ha.... Interesting video, great colors. Looked delicious. Will try tomorrow . Thanks!
why corn starch?
stops the liquid seeping from the scrambled eggs ruining them. It does wonders.
If I am making scrambled eggs I use two eggs with 1/2 tsp of corn starch, mix well. melt a knob 10-20g of butter in a pan and pour in the eggs, keep moving them over the heat and the are ready really quickly. lovely with toast etc
You make a very nice burrito, but sorry to say it's not McDonald's... It's yours.
Too little eggs
add more
Im sorry but that looks NOTHING like a McDonald's sausage burrito. You need to change the title of this.
Nope, can't help you there. How about make your own vid? Good luck with that.
oh...forgot to add.. it was made during the lockdowns when ingredients were limited. Did you read the title? or did that go right over your head?
