Hi Frank, I want to ask you for a compilation of the best exercises in lying down position. Those for beginners. Two our kids - Patric and Rozalia - has spastic paralysis and rehabilitation, but it does not help much to strengthen the muscles. We can do the most while lying down, so we will be grateful for such a set. I would like to add that your exercises, apart from Patryk - 12 years old - are also done by other kids: Faustina 9 years old, Gerard 7 years old and Rozalia 5 years old. When i see box jumps I always wonder, why the hell are the borders of the box so sharp? Cant they put something in the gyms to prevent people from destroying their shins if they fail to land the jump in the correct position? Nice workout though! Looks like a good killer leg workout

There's a problem with the exercise "10 get up". On every cycle of this exercise, you step up first with your right leg, what makes an unbalance because you put more stress on one leg at each cycle. You had to change you first leg coming first during the "get up".
This was my first thought too, always try to alternate the legs or favour a different one each set. I'm interested to know your thoughts on this Frank?

En el get ups, seria conveniente akternar al subir pierna derecha y luego izquierda? Observo que en ak menos 3 series solo usas la derecha al subir o bien en cada serie trabajar una y una.
