You can have anxiety with public speaking, without showing it during the presentation. Personally, when I've been asked to present infront of large groups, my heart drops, and I get incredibly anxious. Then when I'm out and talking, I'm externally confident. The anxiety is still there, but I force myself to supress it, and manage it afterwards. Everyone handles it differently, some people cant even get to the public speaking part without breaking down. But just because the extent is different, doesnt mean it isnt there.
For me I just can’t even gets the words out. My voice shakes so uncontrollably. I need someone to help me out to fix the voice shake that way I can at least present
I feel the blood rush to my face and it turns very red the second I make a tiny mistake, it’s a big insecurity for me because in school kids pointed it out and made fun of me for it. They would say “you got a tomato face!”, and I know adults wouldn’t say that, but I know they notice my face turning red which means I’m not confident.
My youth paster at my church asked me to preach in front of 50+ teens and i can confirm this is true. Dont waste your energy being nervous instead focus your energy in the actual event itself. Easier said than done ik😵💫
This is the best challenge you did upto now👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏. Very nice to see you overcome the most common fear 😨 of 90% people in the world:public speaking 🔊
I'm terrified of speaking in public too but the moment you do it, there's nowhere to hide anymore and you just become comfortable enough with it. It's usually the day before that you tend to feel nervous but that's normal because you do want to do a good job but the moment I do it, I don't feel as scared anymore. I was even told that I was "funny" because I kept on making jokes too. 😂 💀 so it doesn't feel that scary to me anymore since I've had to do like 20 or more PowerPoint presentations over the years

Tips that helped me deliver my graduation speech when I was anxious (scared to death) about it: 1: Meditate for 10 min every day 2: Give yourself positive affirmations leading up to the presentation 3: Use breathing exercises to calm your heart rate and clear your mind 4: Find the time to completely relax your body and mind so that you are able to do this in any situation 5: Practice the presentation as many times as possible before you deliver it unless it creates more stress 6: Believe that there are people who support and love you, because it is true 7: Accept the possibility of failure, and think of it as a learning opportunity, no matter how scared you are of it Try these tips out and I wish you the best of luck
If you can talk in front of a camera, you can pretty much talk in front of an audience. I lose focus and forget how to speak when i talk to my reflection
I don’t I’ll be scared to speak to that audience of 20 strangers. Its actually more easier to speak to an audience that you don’t know about 99% of the population vice versa because you seem to have no reputation to product, nothing to loose.. so it’ll help you to be more relaxed and carefree while talking
you are literally mocking people who have stage gear or public speaking fear by this type of bs videos, all the best by making money off people's insecurities
You, my brother, have no anxiety with speech at all.
its not this easy brother...
I'm saying💀
hahahahhaha yeah
Yuppp i think the same..it's a continuous struggle
Fr like I memorized my entire Spanish presentation but the second I had to do it, I FRGT everything and my voice was breakin like crazy
"I hate public speaking so I threw myself in the deep end and did amazing " 😂😂. If only it went that well for me 😂

There is a difference between not liking to speak publicly and having an actual fear of public speaking. You just don’t like it.
I wish I could do this but my face turns red and my voice is weird😢 what can I do😅
My brain goes blank
Do it over and over again, because nobody even cares for more than 5 minutes MAXIMUM. Most people dont even listen and daydream
