One of the key facts is always _relatability_ - you have to make sure that you use the words and concepts your audience knows and likes!

Lol, unless it’s Dr. JP.. I’d be really impressed if his following could follow all the connections he makes pulling from famous people and different ideologies through history. I think his following likes not knowing it all and he inspires them to know more and to stretch their psyche

I wish speaking in front of people was a gift I was born with... I almost always find myself having to talk in front of people and i end up saying something I wish I didn't, and end up feeling so ashamed.

4:10 indeed... Every time I prepare a speech, I fail. However, once I tried to speak freely with only a few ideas in mind and with known information that I can easily explain and it was indeed abig improvement. If you learn definitions by heart and you don't understand them and if you memorize a speech by heart, most probably may forget it and lose the thread...

Jordan this is good, also understand that speaking publicaly and or on personnal basis implys that you know your subject inside out but knowing it is not enough you need to understand it inside out meaning that you are not reciting a subject but rather sharing your knowledge of it in such profound understanding that you don't need to follow a specific order unless their needs to be chronology in the understanding of what you are talking about otherwise you know your stuf so completely that you will allways find your way to come back to where you skided volonteraly. You must posess your subject so profoundly has to become and feel the subject you are talking about, now you can communicate the true essents of what you wish to convey and that will give you so much passion and intensity that your adience will understand from within and not just learn but UNDERSTAND the subject and you that beleive me gratification of a presentation well done and effective
Regards and keep up the great work.

@@Adrien_broner I look around the room, making eye contact for brief periods. When making a convicting or deep point, I seldom make eye contact, because that person tends to think I'm directing my comments strictly to them, which is not the case. Eye contact is a good way to keep everyone engaged in what you are saying, but don't "lock eyes" with any particular person. Keep your view point moving around the room as to connect with the entire audience

Only if a speaker tells an audience what the audience wants to hear, will the audience LOVE what the speaker says.

Know about the topic, have adequate knowledge, that is. Put it in order to aid good delivery. Make it original by spicing it up with your style. Control your audience. Ensure there is silence. There should be a meaningful output... facts without meaning are dull 👍

How to talk to an audience: Take barbituates and then hypocritically tell your followers that they shouldn't do drugs to get by... IMO he's got a loooong way to go before ANYONE should be taking his advice again. He betrayed a lot of people by pretending he was sober for YEARS when in reality he was abusing a drug that made him FEARLESS in front of audiences. Y'all need to pay attention to who you are worshipping.
