    I can't run anymore because of my knees but these workouts make me feel like I still can. Mill is my fitness hero 🤩

      Right there with you! I Love running, but every time I go, my knees pay dearly for 3-4 days after with swelling and stiffness. BUT I can get thru Mill's run workouts just fine. :-)

    Finally a real cardio workout, first time on this channel was grate! Had a different with calories burn- measured with Suunto sport watch, heartbeat was almosr same all time but burned only 444 calories and did it all.
    Grate workout!

    My legs! Those moves with jugglers and tuck jumps! 🥵
    The Burnout... after round 5, I couldn't keep up with your pace doing the tuck jumps! I had to slow down! 🥵

      If you do 3 millionaire hoys per week and eat healthy (only whole grain carbs, natural sugars, no added sweeteners), then by day 40 you should notice a marked improvement!
