If you're on your own property, then drinking and carrying is legal (perhaps not safe, but legal). If you're carrying in public, the limit is .012 blood alcohol to remain legal. (that's less than a beer)
or do not use alcohol and operate machinery. Firearm are also machinery, but the law see that as firearms.

concealed carry rule #2: it is illegal to posses a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or in possession of narcotics.

Carrying a concealed weapon. (Hazard a guess, gun is stolen.) Open container. (Two more guesses, public intoxication and drunk and disorderly.) Providing false identification. ... Three to six charges before they even get to any possible warrants. Think this guy is going to spend a lot more time in Oklahoma than he planned.

Probably could have done something with that open container they already saw. I'm not sure if that's just a ticket but even then they can't confirm his identity to write the ticket so they could probably take him in or something.
You may search a person under reasonable suspicion that a crime has occurred. Not only did they see the open container which is a crime but they also had a reasonable suspicion that he was giving a fake name which is also a crime. Gotta love youtube lawyers.

This is SO unconstitutional. The Founding Fathers intended that no one should be deprived of their property. They knew nothing about him and took his firearm (violations of the 2nd and 4th amendments) and charged him with a crime. The Founding Fathers would be spinning in their graves. Just goes to show that any interaction you have with someone they could be carrying a firearm, whether lawfully or unlawfully. Innocent until proven guilty only applies in the court of law, law enforcement could and should always assume you have a gun and want to hurt someone.

As a Canadian, this is the weirdest thing to me. The fact that people just walk around with guns legit duct taped to their bodies and it's just an accepted thing. wow. This man 4th amendment was violated . You can’t stop someone base on a 911 call. It’s the officer job to do his independent investigation to determine if the man is detained but unfortunately poor guy didn’t know his rights and didn’t know when an officer say can I talk to you doesn’t mean you have too . That was an consensual approach and if didn’t want to talk he could I said so. Also The police officer didn’t have enough reasonable and articulable suspicion that he had a gun . So asking to search his pocket to find ID was an excuse to frisk him. The whole sequence of events were unlawful
