@@JasmineCheyanne his story was tragic. He had a trauma losing his fiance in a car wreck. Then he got a huge settlement and started drinking like crazy. He would drink nearly a half gallon per day. I remember going to his house and woke him up. The first thing he did was fill a large McDonalds cup with vodka and chugged it. Then he would re fill it and just keep drinking through out the day.

Not always true, some cops are just unreasonably paranoid and they become super aggressive
false. they use anything and everything you say against you. they dont want to be your friend. they have quotas to meet. you are just a number and scum to them.

b ray Assault is a crime that happens when someone physically harms or has the intention to harm another person. An actual injury does not necessarily need to be inflicted in order to be considered assault. He drove away recklessly, with the door open and the officer in his lap, with the clear intention of getting away. He knew that speeding away with the door open would most likely result in her falling out of the car. He knew she might suffer some injury in doing so. A reasonable person would understand that falling out of a moving car could cause injury. The common knowledge of falling out of a car = possible injury plus his reckless operation of the vehicle shows he intended for her to be injured. Therefore we satisfy the requirement that he did at least have intent to hurt the officer, even though he didn’t actually hit her with the car.

b ray it definitely counts as felony assault. In fact, the police officers in that situation were likely justified to use deadly force, but chose not to. This guy is a total dumbass and could’ve easily gotten himself shot.
