Yes and no. Narcissistic children aren’t born, they are made and it’s often in a chaotic environment where there is another narcissist or the manners in which the parents raised them. It develops in early child and can often manifest in adolescence or adulthood. There is extreme abuse with extreme spoiling. This confuses the child and they create a false persona. They do everything for good optics and appearances, and for control. He appears to have the same issue. They both seemed disordered in my opinion.

Basically, she's mad because she doesn't like the way she looks in the videos hence the screaming. Also, she's claiming the girl on those clips wasn't her but her sister. 🤷

I met her in 6th grade, and she was always telling me what other people were saying about me, which she did look a whole lot different than now. I trusted her on all of them. If her father doesn't want to associate with her and she's over 18 then he has every right to do that. I don't get why the father explaining her diagnoses is a bad thing. He is explaining her outbursts and may even have provided some understanding to people for why she is so all over the place. It's not humiliating her. Her own actions humiliated her. I feel bad for the father and disagree with Mr. Phil (because he isn't a doctor) 100%.
