the fact that the father is able to say all of this with such a low and calm voice is terrifying. this kid should be scared. this is way worse than yelling
If there was a perfect picture of “calm before the storm”, this father would be the exemplary definition of that picture. Don’t underestimate this man. I have a feeling the kid he’s talking to, will find out eventually.
In other words, this is not a threat. It's a simple fact. As cold as the feeling in his chest. This guy is the type of man that any wise person, or any person with survival instincts is honestly just a bit afraid of.
How can she not escape him? She can do whatever she wants she is partly responsible too. If someone treats you bad that’s their fault so you need to leave once you let them now you are at fault too
Has the daughter come forward saying that? Or just the ex boyfriend. That kid's entire attitude makes me belive absolutely nothing that comes out of his mouth.
People who weren't raised to recognize that cycle are more easily duped to believe the "real" guy is the facade used in the "honeymoon" faze. This father is no idiot, he saw exactly what games that young man was playing and kudos to him for not shaming his daughter for believing those tactics, initially. He's a true warrior. He protects his own.
Na he is a weakling. He cant even control his own daughter and probably abuse her aswell at home. Why you think she always keep running back to her BF ?
From this excerpt, I’m seeing this. The father, by word of the boyfriend claiming to be quoting the daughter, has been abusive towards his daughter. Now, she is in an abusive relationship with this boy. The father, rightfully, feels resentment towards the boyfriend and wants better for his daughter. In these clips we don’t see the father working with how it is likely that the daughter feels reasonably “at home” in the cycles of abuse that he is talking about, because of the cycles of abuse she has experienced with her own loving father or with both parents. And the boy likely acts that way from things that he holds close to his heart for how to love and act and be as a person. Sad situation. I suppose a good takeaway is we all should do way, way better, immediately, for the best results.
I will personally attest for both of the parents. They worked at my school, the mom was at the front office and the father was my maths teacher in grade 7. They are nothing what the boyfriend says. They are good people.

That’s the same daughter who lets her boyfriend beat her up so why would she run to domestic abuse?
I thinks she means her father is not going to take BS that’s the “Abuse” she’s talking about
Being this calm is unhealthily.
That boy is going give the father a heart attack!
Never mind a heart attack..That boy is gonna get attacked 😆
he's gonna get his heart attacked 😂
No more like he is gonna die
It should. That father is way too attached to his daughter. And he is mentally unstable.
The way the father talks reminds me of my own violent father. Very well spoken and makes you feel small. I think they are both people you should not surround yourself with.
His body language calls for a good old fashioned butt whooping !

I have a lot of respect for this father
I don't because he raised a daughter who goes for the bad boy probably to get revenge on the father.
@@user-uy1rg8td1v I would stake my mortgage to say that you don’t have a daughter.

No evidence for that.
I dont because he abused her to he is no saint smh he just as bad as the boyfriend tbh. He should be protecting his daughter not abusing her physically and verbally
Hes said "yes sir" more times in this video than I have my whole life
The father is my principal bro
This guy is young and still feels like a super hero. He's probably going to learn the hard way that he's not.
The boy gonna learn something outside the studio
Pretty dumb too, going on TV to be a proud abuser, now the number of people who want to return a favor has increased😂
The fact that you can hear the father holding back tears breaks my heart.
Holding back rage.
I can’t begin to explain what it feels like when someone you love is in an abusive relationship and you can’t get them out. These abusers isolate, gaslight them until they break down and believe it’s all their fault.
My best friend since high school was in a 13 year abusive relationship. He isolated her so bad she’d see her family maybe on holidays and if she did show up he’d get angry about something and they’d leave in 30 min.
But it was always behind everyone’s back. Whenever he talked to her friends or family he was the nicest guy in the world.
It was fkn awf.
Tear as in tearing things apart then yes
I have never seen someone so calm and yet so menacing at the same time. Props to him, you can see from miles away how much he loves his daughter
If he really loved his daughter, that young fella wouldn’t have made it to the show
He abused his daughter himself, that’s why she falls for abusive guys because that’s what she was taught. The father is acting all holy when he is no better himself. His “menacing” act says a lot about who he is deep down. Both of them are scumbags and should go to jail together. Let them fight it out in there.
The way the father talks reminds me of my own violent father. Very well spoken and makes you feel small. I think they are both people you should not surround yourself with.
@@JustaKarenDiscoveredTheIntrnet true, at first it looks as if he truly and genuinely loves his daughter, but there's certainly more here than meets the eye

Its because hes a trained ex soldier. They teach you how to focus & channel your anger/adrenaline and not let it control your emotions. Being emotional in a rage is weakness.
I love how the father is being calm and putting him in his place at the same time.
He was right about the cycle of abuse, the father gaslights so since she was abused by him, the daughter in turn will unknowingly attract to someone of the same nature
Yeah I'm going to believe the guy laughing while the abuse is read out, he's having a great time over it.

I pray to god that I don’t found a person like him treating my daughter like that because I will not hold back
And rightly so
If there was a perfect picture of “calm before the storm”, this father would be the exemplary definition of that picture. Don’t underestimate this man. I have a feeling the kid he’s talking to, will find out eventually.
This man was a drill sergeant and you can see the DS kinda sneaking out but he pulls it back in.
In other words, this is not a threat. It's a simple fact. As cold as the feeling in his chest. This guy is the type of man that any wise person, or any person with survival instincts is honestly just a bit afraid of.

Which he’s Not Real
If someone doesn't get it and is OK with being abused then there is nothing anyone can do to help her.
“So you’re threatening to hurt me?” He thought he was going to get applause
When somebody is speaking that calm... off of a messed situation, you need to get out of there. He better thank God that man didn’t find him.
How has the Father remained sat in his seat so calmly?
The father is so patient though, the 3rd time that guy said "yes thir" the least I would have done was to tell him to stfu
The father is calm because he knows what he’s capable of. That young man is in serious danger
Na he is a weakling. He cant even control his own daughter and probably abuse her aswell at home. Why you think she always keep running back to her BF ?
He should be scared pops said everything so calmly & meant every word.
Speech level 100 that guy is so articulate. Crazy
Legendary 💥🔥
I suppose a good takeaway is we all should do way, way better, immediately, for the best results.
lol
I will personally attest for both of the parents. They worked at my school, the mom was at the front office and the father was my maths teacher in grade 7. They are nothing what the boyfriend says. They are good people.

It’s guys like this that makes angry, when you get into a relationship it’s not just about the good, there will always be the bad as much as the good. But the key to a healthy relationship is going through it together. And this dude just does not care at all.
and the girl did nothing wrong, right?
@@OkabexKurisu Yes, she was simply lead to believe that this was ok and her parents were wrong all together, She’s just like every teenage girl, she fell in love with someone who she thought was gonna be her soulmate and believed he was a good guy, but sadly like other girls, she fell into a pattern of being abused and mistreated and then was lead to blame her parents for those misfortunes and it turned into the boyfriend calling the father a racist, however i don’t think that’s the case, i think he’s trying to make excuses for his actions, it’s always the abusive ones who will try to justify their actions until they are put in prison, personally i was in a abusive relationship but it was a little different, she controlled me and it hurt, i was in therapy for 6 months for that, that’s how hard it can be for someone to go through that stuff, but all things considered she was just mistlead and emotionally crippled. i hope that to this day she is alright and is in a better position then she was before because god forbid she stayed with that boy, idk much about him because after the story went to dr phil, most of the history of it went dark, and thank god it did because it would’ve ruined this girls life from the mere mention of it.
