You have to admire Charles for the simple reason he puts his hand up to admit if he has made a mistake and does not gloat at someone else’s mistakes. Nice to see in a young man.
Thanks for all the awesome videos! And for picking order #1980 for the Rascal Giveaway! (Thanks Ike, I owe ya some cold ones for that) I have a GX340 Honda 11hp with electric start that I'm going to put on it with a 20% overdriven jackshaft which will have the clutch on its output. I believe it has either a 10amp or 18amp charging system so I'm going full LED lighting, headlight, driving lights, tail, brake and all turn signals. Should be a fun build! And perfect timing since today is my birthday too! Thanks again!
Watching Charles work is pretty magical in itself. Now., imagine if you could take the mind from Ike, and put it in the body of Charles!! Weeks of work would turn into DAYS! Of course...you'd still need John around to record everything. :-)
Between Johns editing, Ike’s know-how, and Charles personality, this is the fucking coolest UA-cam channel. I seriously get excited when I see a new upload! Have you thought about doing the shorts thing? I love y’all’s content.
Glad you got her going again, I did not realize that it had been that long ago. She looks Great, Keep up the Fine work my Friends... Always looking forward to the Next one... Be careful & Enjoy....
Great to see you doing so well Issac! I finally got to do some post spinal fusion surgery wrenching on the Yerf-Dog with my 10 year old grandson. We had a blast!! Next week we will be building him a kart of his own.
Did you know you can cut sprockets on the plasma table ,a friend cut me one on his table as here in the U.K. we are hit with so many delivery issues due to lack of drivers ,the bike looks mint ,great job guys 👍👍
I've seen this done on another UA-cam channel with great success. After cutting, he did do some slight grinding to the sides of the teeth to get them just to the perfect width.
Those are awesome little bikes. I remember one thing that seemed to be a big issue with those back in the day. It was keeping those tappet valve adjustment adjusted. They would back off and get off real easy it seemed.
Charles sure gets around fast. When you guys left he said he would close the gate. When you got to the place you were gonna eat, Charles had already got there and was recording you two as you pulled in. Charles gets around really fast.
I am happy to see Ike is recovering from his injury more and more. Can't wait to see you three Stoodges beeing around in the new Shop makin fun on euch other and building some cool stuff all together.
Huge huge thank you to everyone who bought our custom bottle openers- these are huge in helping us furnish and outfit the new shop. More updates to come.
Those bottle openers would be even sweeter if you added a few "tools" ....measurements (ruler) on side...flat head screwdriver corner....can opener corner.....Allen key slots....sharp edge (knife).....ect. Feel free to use the idea. You can find examples on line. Love the channel. Love the addition of Charles. He is a perfect fit!
I can’t believe you didn’t throw a cover or anything over it. That bike is so sweet I love it! At least you’ll hopefully have room for it in the giant new shop👍🏼
I was thinking the same thing. They saved them from sitting broke down in the woods and then sit them in the woods when they break down? Bummer. I can’t wait to see what comes out of the new shop and what they put in it.
Love all your projects and especially the small engine Honda revivals. I feel like I could fall right up with you guys. I thought I was the only one reusing Gatorade bottles . Keep them coming I can relive my mini bike days vicariously through y'all !
My heart sunk when I saw that bike sitting in the weeds for a year! Now it's just my personal opinion and preference but that bike is awesome it is my favorite Honda and maybe even favorite build that you guys have ever done. I would love so much to be able to buy that Honda everything about it it's just beautiful. I hope that you guys find a spot for that in the new Warehouse or shop that you just built. It deserves it. You guys made a beautiful bike I don't know what's running not perfect about it and I sure wish you knew what was causing it but it looks like it runs pretty dang good to me that was an awesome job even if the paint job isn't the greatest the color is nice but I have a preference for candy apple red and root beer Brown. Thanks for the video and getting the bike out of the weeds.
Hey Charles! Hope you having fun with cars and cameras! I've been watching and it seems like you are having a lot of fun! I'm in 6th now and it's fun. - Matt
Mikuni VM carbs are almost infinitely adjustable. Check the color of your spark plug and do some jetting and needle changes. Also look into a better ignition system and hotter coil. I don't know about the QC on the manufacturing of those Chinese Honda clones.
I got a old white '69 Honda S90.. pretty clean. I want to get it running but then swap one of these 190cc cloners or the original that those motors were copied from into it lol. Your trail bike is sweet AF !! Love it. Love the show Peace
Yo!!! Hows it going guys?!?! Just a little tip, if you adjust where the start blast in starts in the g-code, you wont have the artifacts from that on the bottle openers. Other than that they look great.
The ct70 dont like rain with no front fender because all the water gets sprayed up and over in to the air filter and directly in to the wiring. I fixed it by mounting a low front fender.
Lol note to self don't ride in the rain with out a air filter sock. An how come you guys don't like foam filters. Like uni air filters. Nice job tho in that build it still looks killer a year later.
I know your pain Ike. I worked at a Mental Health Ins for 7 yrs and was attacked one day .... go figure 🤣 but i ended up having 3 shoulder surgeries and 2 yrs of physical therapy. I tore my bicept 90% in my armpit and damaged shoulder muscles as well. 7 yrs out now from it all and still bothers me somedays. Cant throw a baseball anymore thats for shure. Love the content guys
Next bike at the bike show, know your audience. Build one with chopper forks, ape hangers, and a sissy bar. I'm not a fan of the look but a "Honey I shrunk the Harley" would win. Keep up the good work!
We already had the "unveil" video idk what the videos called or where I seen it but I'm more than sure if you scroll through the vids you might find it (although I could be wrong)
To get my 190cc running good, I had to buy an OKO 30mm carb and jet kit from David Bullock from Bullock performance. He sells complete engines, wiring, suspension, and all. One stop shop for Ct70 swaps
Are you at least going to clearcoat those bottle opener things so they don’t rust immediately upon delivery maybe you should pick up an inexpensive sheet of stainless steel if you’re going to make more stuff like that just a thought
Great video, enjoyed it. I'm still eager to see what happened with your Trail 90.. I'm having very similar issues. I've done almost everything you can possible do on a bike and can't get it to start up properly!
Keep Up The Awesome Job Guys Motivated Me Too Buy A Few Get Them Up And Running .Keep Up With The Inspirational I and Interesting Content Happy Holidays
85mph I got to get myself a 190 engine like that I have a late 60s Honda moped thing I want to replace the tires to some street tires put one of those aftermarket China engines because the motor is blown maybe an aftermarket exhaust and make it look like a bobber Cafe Racer in between and paint some Checkers somewhere on the bike surprisingly its original paint and it doesn't look too bad so I'm going to keep it the original paint it has character
What if you just had a pipe T joint with the pipe under it in the I section stuffed with a carbon felt all the way to the top. So that the engine sucks air through the carbon felt wick in the top of the pipe T joint. And that just replaces the carburetor and you have a throttle that controls the flow of a fuel air mix. I guess steel wool could act as a spark arrestor.
Damn that is a disgrace letting that stay in that state, i loved that bike its what got me more hooked on your channel, it was nice to see you do a gorgeous fast bike rather than the usual scrappy builds which are fun but this was right up my street, i love the ct/dax builds.
Time to get Charles on you guys should build him a 225
Charles is an ice addition to the team. Hope he is able to stick around.
Love that avatar.

I love that everyone unanimously accepted Charles and just loves the hell out of him😂
They should keep up the Owen Wilson joke.
@@earlklos6549 yeah, Charles needs to say “wow” more …! 😂
Unlike Peyton, aka Bluto, aka Belushi 🤣
charles is starting to become my favorite tbh

I agree with other peoples comments,Charles needs one of these too!
The first few rides after an accident might be scary. Props on you for not having any issues Ike! Glad to see you on the road again!
Huge fan of Charles!... keep him around

5:42 doesnt matter what bike or size of the bike thats one of the best feelings in the entire world
charles is such a solid addition to the channel. he fits in so well
That Jag V12 engined hot rod at the end was cool - makes a change from LS swapped XJ12/XJSs
Did you know you can cut sprockets on the plasma table ,a friend cut me one on his table as here in the U.K. we are hit with so many delivery issues due to lack of drivers ,the bike looks mint ,great job guys 👍👍
Unless you heat treat the teeth, however, you'll be replacing said sprocket quite often, as the teeth wear down.
I've seen this done on another UA-cam channel with great success. After cutting, he did do some slight grinding to the sides of the teeth to get them just to the perfect width.
I don't know
Issac is back in the game, very cool. Build 3 top shelf honda ct70s, with the bigger motor, and lets see some serious road tripping/camping trips.
Charles, you are not the first to have this happen to you! I keep parts pairs just for this reason! Love it!
So glad the CT70s are back!
The next bottle openers need 10mm+12mm hex holes in them! just think how useful that could be!
and 8mm
Nah you’d lose them straight away
Tool steel isn't the same as normal mild steel.
Those are awesome little bikes. I remember one thing that seemed to be a big issue with those back in the day. It was keeping those tappet valve adjustment adjusted. They would back off and get off real easy it seemed.
maybe that's remedied with that aftermarket engine
Yup Charles needs a ride!! Vid was fun stuff dudes... Peace!
Good to see Ike on the mend.. I have a titanium collar from a Kaw 110 3 wheeler incident, and wish i could say it was from my childhood. haha

Dude. This bike inspired me to build my own 190 trail 70. Good to see it back on the road. Let’s see more trail 70 videos!!!
You should have made a little tool or something on the Crossfire.... I'd love to have a little wrench from Cars and Cameras. 😁

Is it possible since you have such a big bore on it that you may need to increase the gaps in the valves? Just a question.
I just realized you guys are talking from Mack's Speed Shop in Greensboro. Great location!
You guys may just be fully obsessed with the Honda trails haha. They are pretty awesome bikes.

Hey John just my opinion but a chopper build from a CT 70 would be super awesome but nt with the wheel way out crazy still ride able
No room in the smaller shop to have kept it cleaner at least? Did you at least have a tarp over it?

Can you guys do a power wheels tank build. Grind hard was going to but it hasn't seen the light of day for about a year.
Really wanted to get one of the bottle openers but you guys don’t ship to England 🏴
Should add some magnets to those bottle openers. So to stick them to a fridge or a metal ice chest.

Pretty smart idea, every time you finish something ride it till it dies, leave it somewhere, come back in a year for more content hahaha
Try adjusting your timing at the flywheel and see if it runs better.
