Nasty collision: Honda CRF300L Rally Tower and crash.

- I have not ridden a motorcycle in 3 weeks.
I've been spending all my free time designing a rally front for my Honda CRF300L.
And this Sunday afternoon I decided to come and test it off-road.
I am not wearing any protective equipment and the idea just to start testing the behavior of the tower.

Yeah, was such a bad idea not to use full gear even on such short, small, low profile ride. That's when bad things happen. Lesson learned. /Rui

Others are my biggest fear when on public trails. I have a lot of racing experience, so very comfortable in tight situations or stressful ones. But many people don’t, and either panic when they see another rider or cannot move.

This happened to a good friend of mine,both riders ended up with serious knee injuries.definitely one of the worst things to hit is another bike,glad you’re ok,hope the other rider is too.

😲 Indeed both of you were extremely lucky certainly😳! E ainda tiveste uma dose extra de sorte nos estragos na mota que podiam ter sido muito mais! O pior para mim foi o buraco no banco, também tenho uma CR250r 4tempos de 2007 e talvez por isso me doeu ver este acidente desnecessário mas compreensível...
Foi um azar, ambos nos assustámos porque apesar de na GoPro parecer que estamos bastante longe a verdade é que quando nos avistámos estamos muito perto. Mas o tempo cura tudo e a carteira cura o resto. /Rui
