My one also has a bent passive radiator and I want to know how did u make it better?
It's cardboard if its bend its broken, its better to buy a new passive radiator from aluminium or reinforced paper/ plastic
If you really need to fix it try adding glue on the entire surface of the radiator and glue a round piece of very thin plastic or aluminium on the backside of the passive radiator
you could even cutout a few cirkels out of a4 paper and glue them all together on the back of the cardboard passive radiator
Edit: use a type of glue that doesnt eat away the foam/rubber edge ring and its glue
what happened to the PR?
it warped like they do on these earlier versions. does affect the sound unfortunately, and some of them even have foam rot.

There doesn't seem to be any way to get my Z-340 sub apart (not counting destructive methods), because the speaker grille won't come off. Prying from the edges with a small screwdriver was completely ineffective, and then I tried threading a piece of stainless steel wire though two of the holes in the grille and pulling up on it with Vise-Grips clamped on the wire, and the grille still wouldn't budge. Instead, the wire started tearing through the speaker grille.
try heat hot glue around grill with hairdryer ot hottest mode.
@@Techscrews Thanks. Was your speaker grille hot glued? I didn't see any hot glue on mine. Either way, I don't need to remove the grille now because I managed to do what I wanted to do to it. I wanted to resolder the legs of the 9-pin connector on the amplifier, but the amplifier wouldn't pull out of the speaker box very far because the power cord was holding it in place. But as it turns out, it pulled out just far enough for me to get my soldering iron in there and I was able to resolder all 9 legs.
Use IPA (isopropanol) to degrade Hotglue - just a few drops and every hotglueblob get loose within seconds! Its like magic 😉

Why did the passive radiator got bent like that? I have a Logitech z4 which did the same thing on its subwoofer.
no idea, maybe under the influence of temperature ?
Because its cardboard i also had the same with my z4, i ended up putting the real subwoofer on the outside Front of the box by removing the plastic front and cutting out a plank from mdf with a hole some screws and silicone plus added a small flared bassport (and i chopped the inside chambers of the real subwoofer
Or cutout mdf plank, removed front plastic and replace it with the mdf plank, add large oversized bassport in the front mdf plank/panel to create Bandpass enclosure
Never tested this with my z4 and z3 but it might work if tuned properly with software for calculating bassport

i have 2 set of logitech z5500 but best logitech speaker 2.1 and i love how it look is z2300. best set of speakers from Logitech from all time . in my oppinion. But still not have it
in terms of power the z2300wins compare to z623 but surprisingly some people think z623 is more «musical» than z2300

@@sofianelmoussaoui2926 Best Subwoofer construction from lofitech are Z2300. identical with z5500 . only difference are diameter. but coil and magnet is same. i like over z5500

My uncle have this speaker but 4 satellite
the subwoofer design looks similiar to the z3 and z4

Logitech had bought Labtec and the Z-340 is Logitech's version of the Labtec LCS-2424. This subwoofer design was also used in the Z-540, Z-640 and X-620, and later the Z-3, then Z-4, then Z-3e and Z-4i. Logitech did have "higher end" speaker systems back in the day, such as the Z-560, then Z-680 and Z-2200, and later the Z-2300 and Z-5500. They also had a "mid-range" series with the Z-5300 and later the Z-5400 and Z-5450.
