Nah its actually really smart, if you get dead pixels or broken sections you only have to replace that section. If they didn't do it like this it would be a whole huge expensive screen that needed to be replaced each time. Plus it's also easier to ship like this.

nah, most video processors only do 4k and depending on what type of led pannel u using it really goes down to 1080p or even less
