This is the first beginners excersise video that I have actually been able to keep up with. The speed and amount are just perfect for someone who is severely untrained.
I'll try to get it to the point where I can do it twice by next week and then try to level up the week after.
Thank you mate, I also love these little encouraging gestures during it.

I was unable to do some sports for a while and I remember from past times that starting over again feels like such a big loss because you are barely able to keep up. This one was just right. Right intensity and breaks and difficulty level. When you started with the kneed push-ups, I was like - yes, that's my kind of beginner tutorial right now and an ACTUAL beginner workout. I am motivated to continue as this was truly a beginner workout (not easy but not overly difficult). I am a female senior who was in excellent shape 20+ years ago with aching joints, while I modified the jumping jacks I was able to keep things moving through all the exercises. A healthy sweat and heart rate resulted. I am hopeful that I will be moving on to the next level within a short time. (After a lengthy illness and recovery I am hoping to get back what I lost.)
Praise to you as you seem to have a grasp of the difficulty for beginners. Your routine was easy to follow. Thank you.

Glad I found you,no coincidences. (LOL.)
I find as an older man and even as a younger man, I never wanted mass just tightness and definition/shape. I find, again as an older man, these types of workouts to be more effective with light weight work outs 1-2 days per week.
My diet has suffered with my abrupt and new found living arrangements but damage done...lol. I look forward to submerging myself in the library that you have here,(Thank You Kindly by the way.)
I will drop in and let you know how it goes...I am excited to start.
I do push ups, squats, and plank for 1:30/day(just started planking.) Unsure how much i weigh if I had to guess the canvas with which I work with is 185-190lbs. 6'3" age 48. My core has loosened up and I want it back...lol. The rest of me just needs a tune up. Thank You again.
Do you lift weights or is your physique just from the cardio/core/full body/ body weight training...has to be a better way to phrase that.

Thanks for the video mate, did it today and will definitely be doing it more. I have to keep fit for the Aussie navy and I’ve really let myself go in recent years and have been struggling with my fitness but this was a good work out to get me started again. Cheers 🇦🇺

Jordan thanks for this! It might not get me abs like yours, but from a fitness point of view - it will keep me in shape, and it's short enough to do frequently. Thank you

This is done so well with the timer and thumbnail of the next exercise. This channel has motivated me to restart my body weight exercises during quarantine. Most other videos say beginner but they’re far from beginner. Well done. The eye candy is not bad either.... ;-p
