I am doing this exercise daily before the iftar. I am also fasting 24 hours with one meal within this timeline. This is amazing. Just exercise won't give you better results. You have to have a better diet plan with a proper exercise plan. I am losing 8 kg of fat within 25 days. Thank you buddy for this awesome video. Keep up the great work.

This is a wonderful workout to fat burning.I was doing that workout from last 04 months and I don't do that daily .I do workout only 10 to 15 days in month but before 04 month I was like 85 kg but now I am 77 kg.It is very amazing exercises .Thankyou so much Jordan.
I follow jordan's workout daily But from 2-3 days I'm trying other channels, to see what they have to offer. I recently did 40 mins HIIT by some channel, but I swear on god I haven't got tired as much as in this 9 mins then in that 40 mins. My point is, Jordan's workout is effective and enervating. When I do follow along Jordan's video, I feel like he is working out with me. 😀
I actually pair your lvl 2 20 Min Fat Burner with this 10 min lvl 2.5 as cardio and warm up before I start lifting. At first I felt like I was dying and felt nauseous but after 3 weeks I'm slowly keeping up. Lost 8kg by doing this 4-5 times a week and a slight calorie deficit. Got down from 86kg to 78kg and slowly reaching my goal of 73-75kg. Really see you as an inspiration especially after seeing your FB post regarding your body transformation! Kudos!

Update: from the last 30 days I weighed 65kg and now 61kg tips: it's not about eating less, it's about how well you managed and treat yourself in a healthy way... eat what you wanted but always do some exercises... drink more water and eat nutritious foods ❤️🤗 Ps: Will do these again❤️🤗
Shiva Kumar , I’d suggest All Blanc’s “Home Walking” exercises, Jordan Yeoh’s begginer playlist ([Levels] 0.5 to 2.0) and Emi Wongs “no jumping” exercises for beginners. The key is to do at least one exercise everyday, and when you feel you’re good, up the level or the time spent exercising. I’ve been doing these exercises for the last 7 months, since [Level 0.5], and now I’m able to complete a [Level 3.5] exercise, and I do 1h/day! “You can do it”, “stay strong”, “don’t give up”, “no pain no gain”, “you’ll thank me later”, and you’ll get tired of hearing these phrases 😂

The only real problem is in the parts where i was fat (near everywhere except legs) i have some red lines now on the skin but they are slowly disapearing i guess ..

Yes your wings & upper back muscles do get worked...but not in isolation. Push up, side by side push up, jumping jacks, walk out are compund movements that will bring into use all these muscles 👍

Love the sessions! Like the "follow along" approach. 20 on 10 off makes it doable, then move on to the more advanced stages. Great music too! ( some other vids play some annoying crap).
