I have been working out following this exercise video for a month now. At the beginning of this workout, midway of the video i felt like dying. I cant complete. My knees were shaking when squat. Now, after 1 month.. i feels a lot stronger and will be soon to start Level 2 exercise. I can squat easily.. I exercise 6 times weekly to lose weight. Thank you Jordan!

Thanks Jordan! We have a big family so going to the gym is not easy. I did a full panel men's health check the other day and found out I am prediabetic and my cholesterol is above normal. Tried a gym free trial but was never able to make it there. This workout was a perfect "getting back into working out" routine for me. I am surprised I worked up so much of a sweat! And our littles decided it would be fun to make Dad's push ups and planks harder by climbing onto my back! I have about 40 lbs to lose and muscle to grow. Looking forward to more of your videos!

23 days complete of level 1.5 I am 14 yrs old and I am 92 kg I started level 1 when I was 92 and burned till now total Around 4.5 kg really really happy Thanks Jordan
After 4 months of training, doing level 1,2,3 and 3.5 I saw that I was getting dizzy sometimes. So I came back and started at level 1.5 and I do it twice so a total of 1 h training. Im gonna do this for a week or two and then go back to the higher levels and see if I still get dizzy. Because if I get dizzy that means that I am going too hard on myself and the body can't get blood everywhere. So Im gonna update this in a week or two. Thank you Jordan!

This is a perfect warmup to intensity..love the buildup..I wasnt motivated at first but tje buildup kept me going..seemed easy at first..sweating a bunch at the end..the squat jax at the end are perfect..I can go all out since its the last one - thanks!

I started this workout today. I have to say i would stick with this for a while even though i wanna try your level 2. I plan to practice this once a week, dance workout twice a week and yoga once..
Did level 1 yesterday. Felt easy so tried level 1.5 today. Was struggling in final round. So going to stick to level 1.5 untill it becomes easy and then will move to level 2. Thanks for the video

I think it's time for me to start this level 1.5. I have done level 0.5 for 1 week 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the evening. Then I stated level 1 following it 2 times 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. It's been 2 weeks and now level 1.5 from Monday. Thank you JY Sir. I used to work out at level 5-6 about a year ago and then I got lazy. Started again from level 1 two days ago, hoping to work up the ladder again! 💪 Day 1: Level 1. Easy (?) Day 2: Rest, insanely sore body. Day 3: Level 1.5 - nearly gave up after Round 3, Round 4 and pushed through until the Final Round when the running plank killed me!. Will go back to Level 1 for the next couple of days and be back 👀

Oh my god, oh my god.. !!! This man surprised me by this.! I am doing level one for past one month and it became little bit easy, now i switched into level two, by doing this i realised, this not going to be easy as level one. This one makes me sweat a lot, and touches my endurance ego🙄🤪😬
