I just wanted to thank you. I have a long story to go with this but ultimately, I wanted to say thank you. I've used this video, 6 days a week for the last 3.5 months. Along with a healthier diet and strict scheduling, I have lost a little more than 40 pounds. I am going to keep going, moving up to level 1.5. but thank you for what you do.

This is mainly a back-strengthening video! I randomly stumbled upon it, and I'm glad I did. Cause my chronic back pains have gone down a bit. At the same time, I wish there was something in the title or description that mentioned it's back-focused. So that people who are searching for back stretches/exercises would also appreciate it as much I did
Due to long-lasting sleep problems and body-related fears, I finally have - after completing the 0.5 beginner workout at least 15 times - completed this workout at the 3rd attempt. A very clean, motivational and enjoyable training! PS: I'm glad this time I prepared my tuna-salad before the workout.
Hi Jordan. I'm recovering from COVID and wanted to take it easy while also getting my exercise in. This workout and stretching was PERFECT for that. I'm proud that I was compassionate to myself and let myself have a more chill workout while I'm recovering.
i finally have gotten back to an exercise routine and i used to do this workout just fine before but man i was struggling today lol. after nearly a year of life just being crazy and not having exercised in a long time, i finally have time to get back into a healthy routine and cook healthy meals again. i'll do this workout again in two days since i am going to the gym tomorrow

0:00 warming up... starting the excercise regularly 9:30 I had to put on a shirt to take it off like this. Maybe this is the key to burn out all my fat. 16:27 I thought I had to take out my pants at this round... so I had to put them on again. Great video.

After 2 years of not exercising and gaining weight, i started with this video and in 4 days i lost 2 kg😊 first day was hard but now i can keep up so going to go to level 2👌🏼 you my man are the best❤️
I did this today as my workout at home no equipment routine. I loved it. Have been away from the gym for few weeks. Focussing more on yoga than weights. But I was also looking for some bodyweight type exercises to supplement. And this was perfect. Though beginner level towards the end it was challenging. Just what I needed. I am going to alternate between this and yoga Mon-Fri and perhaps move to next level after a few repetitions. Perfect end to end workout from warm up to stretch. Perfect music and timer with preview of what is coming up next. and Perfect coach to train with and stay motivated. Thank You.
My step father recomended you to me. He said he lost a lot of weight very quickly. I started exercising with this video a week or so ago, and I'm already seeing some progress. I'm trying to exercise 3 times a week, on occasions, 4.
I think these workouts are good, because they are for normal guys (and often begginers, which i still consider myself). This workout may look easy, but in some places, it can be quite exhausting and i really enjoy doing this workout 🙂 Thanks!

I can’t lift heavy weights because of my chronic pain but these home workouts not only keep me in shape to live a better life with my family but being in shape helps manage my pain and keeps it at the minimum so I can live a normal, almost pain free life. Love this workout. Getting back into training after a long hiatus and I found this pushed me just hard enough to know I’m really going to feel it tomorrow. I haven’t done martial arts in years and this routine put me in mind of some of the stuff I used to do regularly. Looking forward to when I feel ready to try out level 1.5!
Bruh I been slacking on working out for the last few years after getting out of the Army and tbh I gotta push my self first day lord I need to stay consistent. 6’5 250 a long way to go
After four months, I came back. A long time ago, I started at 0. Then, it took me 3-4 months to complete all levels. Today I feel at level 0 again. But not really 0, as it had once felt before. I can definitely do it again.

Started this level Monday and it's gotten a lot easier love the workout maybe increase the sets to make it more challenging.
I'm sure that's why he does level 1 then 1.5 then 2 then 2.5 etc. As your fitness increases the workouts change.

I haven’t done martial arts in years and this routine put me in mind of some of the stuff I used to do regularly. Looking forward to when I feel ready to try out level 1.5!

I do 25min cardio workout. Quite intense but effective. 20 sec work, 10 sec rest for each exercise. More or less like what jordan do right now.

After four months, I came back.
A long time ago, I started at 0. Then, it took me 3-4 months to complete all levels.
Today I feel at level 0 again. But not really 0, as it had once felt before.
I can definitely do it again.

very good exercise ,its better for home remedies.some one who can't go to gym , they can do at home.
