I been doing the bas rutten training cds since 2005 on and off, there are 2 boxing workout 2 min 10 rounds and 3 min 7 rounds, your workout reminds me a lot of those 2 workouts.

Do you have workouts that can be accessed at anytime on your website? Do you have different videos for technique and workouts?
Most workouts are the same. But there are some different videos available and my program members will see them first before UA-cam does. My program also offers a 1:1 call with me to discuss boxing/fitness goals and struggles and a meal plan.
How many times a day would you recommend this?
And would you add any running rhrew out the week or threw the work out?

At least 3 times a week! I have more workout videos that you can watch in my channel also so you can have different workouts. Yes run 2-3 times a week. I’ll make a video about that soon!
