    Is this usefull for amateur boxers ? Why no breaks between the rounds?

      Yes really for all levels of boxing. And you can take a break after each round.

    How long is the rest between exercise? Or do we rest after all of them are done continuously ❤

      Rest time is 1 minute after each round.

      Ketika saya berlatih boxing di rumah. Saya menerapkan durasi istirahat selama 1 - 2 menit setelah 1 jam berlatih. Selama 1 jam berlatih saya tidak boleh minum & istirahat. Metode itu saya dapatkan selama saya berlatih di sebuah Dojo beraliran Kyokushin Karate. Manfaat yang saya dapatkan setelah menerapkan pola latihan & istirahat di dojo ke dalam program latihan di rumah selama lebih dari 2 tahun adalah saya tidak terlalu haus. Termasuk ketika saya berlatih di camp muay thai. Jadi saya mengkombinasikan 3 bela diri yaitu kyokushin karate di dojo, muay thai di camp & tinju di rumah
