Julian Cowan Hill also uses this technique of starting at the feet, flexing the muscles for a few seconds, let go and look at how the feet feel.
Then he goes to the calves, knees, upper legs, bottom, abdominal muscles, chest (he just focus on breathing there), shoulders, neck, jaw, face. Then feel the whole body.

My tinnitus really interferes sleep. Can you recommend any ear buds or ear pods for side sleepers, that are comfortable and don’t cause ear pain whilst wearing them during the night?

The tinnitus i hear is a loud unpleasant high pitch sound, it makes me feel depressed because it's 24/7 unpleasant noise. It doesn't feel like a threat just a constant low grade torture. Any word on the Susan shore device?

My tinnitus started March 2022. Lately I have been fasting and eating healthier which actually brings down my tinitus. Wonder if my tinitus is related to my weight?

    • @treblehealth

It could be related to overall health. Check out this blog article that discusses gut health and tinnitus. treblehealth.com/tinnitus-and-gut-health/

Which is best for tinnitus ear issue? Bone conduction headphones or open ear headphones or air conduction headphones?

Air Conduction (OWS), in my experience...

@nextmehmood did you try all bone conduction, open ear and air conduction and then saying it or you just tried air conduction alone?

We recommend either bone conduction headphones or open ear headphones. Either of these options will work.

@@sreeramreddy5295 I've tried bone conduction earphones as well, and I believe that people have different experiences with tinnitus. I don’t have any hearing loss, and my tinnitus is a high-pitched buzzing sound, which is more pronounced in my left ear than in my right. I use a single air conduction Bluetooth (OWS) earphone in my left ear, playing rain sounds from my cell phone. I keep only the 10 kHz equalizer at maximum, with all other frequencies set to zero.
For me, the advantage of using an air conduction earphone is that I can clearly hear all other sounds and conversations around me.

For about 2.5 months, my left ear has been ringing continuously in a cycle of 2 days of buzzing, 3 days of wind noise, then 2 days of low buzzing and low pitched sounds. I have been to many doctors. I am about to go crazy. I have 25% hearing loss in my left ear and 20% in my right ear. Please show me a way.

bone conduction headphones or open ear headphones are good for hearing loss? I found online and its written bluetooth but I need it to talk on Phone or with people next to me, it is very bad with my hearing loss since my tinnitus is louder then all the years before. What should I buy? Please help!

Bone conduction or open ear headphones are good for using sound therapy, not for hearing loss. We recommend speaking with your local Audiologist to determine which hearing aid would best suit your needs. If you'd like to speak with one of our tinnitus specialists, please reach out. I sleep every day, for many years, at 7:00-8:00 in the morning, but I will sleep for 7-8 hours for sure.. Countless times I have slept 1:00-2:00 all these years.. Do you think that could this thing make my tinnitus worse? (I've had them for 1 year and I'm a musician by profession). I just want to know if not sleeping at the right times that are programmed by our nature could increase the tinnitus.. Thanks!

    • @juanvaldes389

Yes Chrisk6488, sleeping at night is the correct time, since the body naturally releases the melatonin you need to sleep.

Any interruptions to our traditional sleep routine can definitely have an impact on the volume of our tinnitus.

@@treblehealth Ben, do you think I could reduce the volume of the tinnitus through proper sound therapy since I got the tinnitus from auditory trauma? (I am a musician by profession). Also do you think I should stop this job or wearing earplugs, I could continue without the tinnitus getting worse? What does your experience say in similar incidents? My audiogram is almost even, having a gradual db reduction curve in both ears, starting at 10KHZ. But I cross the 0-20db limit where proper hearing is considered, after 13-14KHZ. After these frequencies, I reach 30-40-50 db gradually up to 16khz. Thank you very much. We will communicate soon by skype etc
