Spin City - A Underrated Classic or a Run of the Mill 90s Sitcom?

I truly believe Spin City is "The Office" of the 1990s (but in sitcom form) and that Paul Lassiter is the Dwight Schrute of that show.

I think Michael J. Fox leaving Spin City and Charlie Sheen taking his place tainted how people judged the show.

The first 4 seasons were definitely funny! The last 2 seasons not so much.
