A lot of period poops are caused by the cramps on your period, your uterus is expanding and contracting which is what causes cramps ( expanding and contracting to fast without the muscles getting enough air) your uterus presses against your intestines which is what causes period poops.
tip for pulling out a dry tampon: get a small cup of water and pour it gently down there when pulling it and it makes it feel normal :) (hope this makes sense) x

I’m pretty sure I’m cursed when it comes to periods, I don’t have any light days it starts strong and stop after 6 days suddenly.
Ikr right, same. I just recently started my period, and I had recently ended my second one. Then, not even a week of no blood later BOOM its back. Like bro. Being a woman sucks.

I was going to my guy best friend’s cabin with his dad. (I never had my period before, so I did not think to bring anything). It was the first night and we were sleeping in bunk beds, I had the top and he had the bottom. I went to sleep, and I woke up to my guy best friend screaming because he thought I died. I told my friend that I got my period and he and his dad went to the store and got me pads and chocolates.

you can start going to the gyno young! there isn’t a specific age. usually around when you get puberty/period you can/should start going!

So for those wondering why we have period poops I asked a school nurse once and she said bc when ur cramping ur body tries to release some of that pain and /he way it does that is by making you have diarrhea every 2 seconds (that was put into my own words but that's basically what she told me)

I went to a Ammusment park on my period , I can not spell! So I was on my period decided to go on a water ride, I had a pad on , I went to the bathroom my PAD WAS MISSING, I looked on the floor it was right by my foot!Well this was after the ride in the bathroom!

One day at lunch, I told my GUY FRIEND that I was going to get a sip of water I will brb, so I got up to get water and he said that I had something red on the back of my shorts. So I went to the restroom to see if I got my period and I looked at it and realized it was red jello. Then a few minutes later I actually had to go to the bathroom so I did and then I got up from the toilet to flush and guess who decided to come drop in at the last day of school 🏫🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸💦😓
Personally when I’m on my period and I need to clean down there I use cleansing wipes and they really help with irritation

Ok pro tip: If razor bumps are something that bother you on your downstairs area then you can shave downwards with the grain in which the hair grows. Then like side to side to really make sure you've gotten all the hair. I'm my personal experience shaving upwards against the grain of the hair has made my razor bumps worse. And applying regular body lotion after is good too.

im new to tampons and one time i was swimming and blah blah blah, i bled through my tampon, swimsuit, and shorts. but it still hurt to take it out, if ya need to know, it was a regular size, and on top of that, it didnt do that thing where it opens up, idk, im just nervous to use tampons again

I got my period two days ago when I woke up I wiped bc I peed and I see blood but it didn’t hurt I didn’t feel any cramping at all that day. Is that normal?

Awe this is so sweet if you want to cheer up a friend on their period! But just here is the thing... well it actually depends on what type of person they are. If they are talkative and want to talk to you, then talk to them if it makes them feel better. If they want to be left alone, leave her alone. But just try to act yourself around them, and just try to comfort them. Thats what I personally want on my period. For people to be normal and understanding. 😀
