The sweater one is the one that got me. I remember when I told my mom that I got my first period, she told me that I should carry a sweater around in case I leak so I can tie it around my waist. I'm pretty sure by this point it's just common knowledge for anyone who has a period to tie a sweater around their waist if they leak.
Always carry a pad and tampon with you I would use the tampon and pad at the same time because if you forget to change your tampon and you leak at least you leak onto your pad and not your underwear I’ve learned this lesson a few times and came up with that idea and it works :)

Here is my hack for anyone that sees this. So I was my bed sheets every month. (It helps prevent acne) but I always wash them when i'm on my period. So when I start my period I strip my bed, and i throw on an old set of bed sheets for the 5 days i'm bleeding. This way if I leak, its on old bed sheets that i don't care about. When my period is over i put my normal bed sheets back on and i do my best to get any stains out. This has really worked for me.
I actually add a plastic cover over my sheet that I put on my bed for the week Im on my period and then towels I use and even if I find its went through my towels it wont go through the plastic cover so thats really worked for me :) I got the plastic cover for $5 :)

6:40 i can say that I’ve had a few occasions where my purse has been small and my tampons fall out in public. This because I can’t carry an additional bag for period products. So the lipstick thing isn’t a bad idea, plus you’re not wasting the plastic lipstick case that could harm the environment… a little difference goes a long way!
For the period stain hack, specifically cold water works very well, and also, this hack is for all stains not just period. My little sister got hot chocolate all over her white shirt and it works wonders

As someone with severe PMDD and is on my first day of my period today, period related videos are SO comforting to me for some reason including your videos. Also charcuterie boards are my best friend! Every month I get snackies for my period consisting of chips, gummies and chocolates, make chocolate desserts and buy sparkling grape juice and call it "wine" (I take meds for MH reasons). I always pamper myself and treat myself like a princess during my period because periods suck donkey kong titties ESPECIALLY for me with PMDD and I FUCKING DESERVE IT!
If you have a stain, out it in cold water with salt and stub the fabric together let it soak for an hour before throwing in the wash. Good if you leak and it gets in before you can change
Menstrual cup user here! The little holes in the cup are meant to create an airtight seal when the menstrual cup is in, so that it doesn't leak. Of course you have to boil the cup to clean it, but this "squeezing" hack is helpful to get all the gunk out of these holes. It actually works, I use it all the time.

I actually have a period horror story from school So my junior year of highschool i was in science class and i needed to change my tampon, so i made a pass on my computer and my teacher ignored it, I cancelled it refreshed my page and made another one and raised my hand a I said "can i use the bathroom I can't wait, he responded "you need to stay in class and wait until lunch (which was like an hour away) I asked him again and he finally let me go, I got up picked up ny period bag and started to walk out and my teacher stopped me and said "whats in the bag" i ignored him and walked out, when i got back he pulled me aside after class and told me that ignoring him was disrespectful behavior, he said that he was going to take my bag if I didn't tell him what was in it. So I told him "I have female products in this bag, why is it your concern" and he said "Next time if you don't show me what's in the bag , They're will be consequences. Terrible 😂

For the bed one, this is usually what *Overnight* Pads are for specifically. Unfortunately, me and many others have been and are still looking for alternative brands to a specific kind that decided to change their product entirely.
1 time I had my period and we were on a family vacation to Disney, and I was bleeding heavy but because it was a hotel I didn't want to bleed on there towels. Fortunately 4-5 miles away from the hotel was a pet shop, so my dad picked me up some puppy training pads. We put them on the bed hoping it would work. it was the stupidest thing ever, but it saved me from a horror story.

The phone case one is life-saving. I didn't find out from five minute crafts. I thought of it myself. It's great to have as a backup panty liner. Especially when I get it on the first day. I highly recommend it, actually.
I always hear about people talking about how on their first periods they woke up in a pool of blood or they spent the day eating all sorts of treats while their mom or dad (or both) comforts them. I didn’t tell my parents for over 3 months 💀 I don’t even have bad parents they’re really great and my mom told me all about periods long before I got mine, I’m just that bad a communication
Also, another 'hack': If you can catch blood stains early (before they've set) just running COLD water and a little bit of scrubbing can usually get it out

1 time I had my period and we were on a family vacation to Disney, and I was bleeding heavy but because it was a hotel I didn't want to bleed on there towels. Fortunately 4-5 miles away from the hotel was a pet shop, so my dad picked me up some puppy training pads. We put them on the bed hoping it would work. it was the stupidest thing ever, but it saved me from a horror story.

I always hear about people talking about how on their first periods they woke up in a pool of blood or they spent the day eating all sorts of treats while their mom or dad (or both) comforts them. I didn’t tell my parents for over 3 months 💀 I don’t even have bad parents they’re really great and my mom told me all about periods long before I got mine, I’m just that bad a communication
I grew up watching 5 minute crafts because when I watched it it was actually cute little decorations to make.
