For the girl who said her dad says to use toilet paper, you should try going to Costco. They have pads and tampons in bulk, so it'll be cheaper. Also, they frequently have sales, so it'll be even cheaper. Hope this helps someone!
Costco is always where I go for supplies! Its much easier and cheaper

I have a story time! I got my first period when I was hanging out with my guy friend. He told me I was leaking and stood close behind me until we got to the bathroom.He gave me his hoodie and a snickers bar and we just carried on with our day and he didn’t judge me at all. Ladies, 13 year olds can be mature!

@@solseclipse I didn't keep track on when my period exactly started since I thought it may be something else, but I think mine is around 9-11th of April. It has been a wild year for my period; it plagued me in the beginning, then left me alone for a while and now it's weirdly sudden and keeps surprising me.

If ur a swimmer like me then I really recommend period bikini bottoms or one piece bc I have them and the really work. Try ones from the company modibody!
Or if you are part of a swim club like me, talk to the older girls about it. My club is so open about periods, we have a bag of tampons and pads to use if you’ve ended up on your period without knowing. Don’t force yourself to use one when you aren’t ready. Period swimwear is AMAZING, but I tend to prefer to use tampons because then I can use more streamlined swimwear. But don’t do anything you aren’t comfortable with.

I was on my period and I told my girlfriends that I was on my period and THEN the boy behind me who I like said

Story 2 : My orange had some red sh*t on it and an boy asked

I’m at 4:14 and in my grade people use when you get your period as drama. Like when your playing truth or dare the truth would be have you gotten your period and if you do everyone talk is about it. It’s even tea for the lunch aids
I was so happy when Sharon said women or whatever you identify as. :) I have felt so alienated from everyone because I came out as non-binary and that made me feel like less of an outsider.

I have a period horror story, it was my wedding, and I was obviously wearing my white wedding dress, and I got my period, we didn’t slice the cake yet, but our cake had red roses that were made out of frosting, so I took my hand grabbed the roses put the roses on a chair, and I sat down on the chair, and I told everyone I sat in frosting.

ok-so I know this is her answering questions-but I have a period horror story
so I went to the bathroom to change into a new pad, so I changed. I washed my hands, and then decided to check my flow because I knew my flow had been heavy. and my pad was completely full already! I grabbed a new pad and changed. I grabbed a couple extra pads, and I went to my dance recital. The recital was outside, so there were NO bathrooms. I got very nervous. I started doing my dance, and it was fine. Then, I did a kick, and I started leaking. I saw it and FREAKED! I kept dancing, then got off stage, and had to stay in that pad for another hour.

I wear a diva cup and they are great but they do suck learning and they can leak if you don't have the right size but they last I think 30 years so you never have to buy a new one and I highly recommend.

Hi!! I just got my period and had it 3 times but then it skipped the 4th one. Why? I am a very active dancer too if that makes a difference
Sometimes it skips, that's normal, especially in your first 2-3 years it's gonna be a bit wonky
If you’re new at having a period it’s probably just not regular yet, it can take up to a year or more to fully get in a perfect (or almost perfect) cycle. It’s completely normal and nothing to worry about, unless you haven’t had your period in over (i think) 65 days, then you can go ask your doctor if there’s something wrong, but i doubt there is. You will probably get it next month, or it may just be a few days late.
