It should be illegal to not let a girl out of class when she’s on her period. You can get relaly sick and go to the hospital if your periods heavy or tampons

Once at PE class I had horrible cramps and I couldnt even stand straight. When i told my female teacher for PE that, she said "dont use your period as an excuse!" So i had to do everything but was the whole day in pain. The next hour after PE i asked my male teacher if its an excuse for not exercising cuz of my period and said i dont need to be at PE class if its really bad. It is what it is now

Uhm how does a locker work?
I'm very blessed to have a school that is aware about periods: we have sanitary products in the toilet cubicles and also dotted all over the school (also feminine products and things to help with cramps), and we also have a period poverty programme thing where there is a box where you can donate period products to people who need it. And also if you have unamanegable cramps, you are allowed to go home. And our blazers have a gazillion pockets so you can easily put pads/tampons in.
Also my school is an all girls school so it makes everything much easier 😂

When I'm on my period at school I normally wear 3 layers, underwear, small shorts and normal shorts because if I do leak then there is less chance of it going on the chair or on my uniform, it has saved my life a few times 😂

Extra tip I personally use: Have a mini-kit for periods everywhere you go (not just for school). I always have a small one with a few pads, liners etc just in case. Even if it's just a pad in your pocket will save you. It wouldn't be fun to go to the bathroom without your bag then getting your period to go back to get supplies with everyone asking questions (this can help when your shy to talk about periods).

Story time:
My boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 months but we’ve been friends since 4th grade. After awhile I stopped caring whether he knew about my period so even before we dated I would mention it sometimes becuz we are rly close. So the second time I got my period while we were dating he decided to keep a bag of pads and tampons in his backpack. I hated this idea cuz I never wanted to have to go to him for something like that. Well I had a little bit of a situation and I had to go to him for it. So moral of the story....yes keep pads and tampons everywhere!

But he insists that he be prepared and take care of me as much as he can but we’re still in high school so there isn’t much he can really do. so on my group chat a boy sent a list of the most painful things in life... they didn’t have periods on it. so i said you forgot something and all the boys were confused. they kept asking what I meant and all the girls were like nothing don’t worry about it. I decided to just straight up say imma tell them. the girls were all like no don’t... I just said periods. the boys then all made a big deal about it and we got into a whole conversation about it and I was the only girl comfortable with talking about it.😂🤷♀️

A few hacks I’ve discovered with my own experience:
For any Apple users, the default health app has a tracker for your period. This is useful if your device has bad storage or if you don’t want anyone to see a period tracker app on your phone.
There is a brand of pads and panty liners where the wrappers are about the same texture as dryer sheets, so they’re easier to open without making noise even though sometimes they’re tough to rip.
Eating less cold things helps with your cramps.

I actually only want to be in P.E on my period since I have really bad cramps (medicine doesn't help for me) and exercise is the only thing to reduce the pain a little

My school bathroom sucks. No fucking toilet paper in the bathrooms ever, 2 broken toilets, if you stand on a little ledge you can see into the boy's bathroom (and vice versa) and the toilets don't flush

The two pad thing does work for me it’s very useful and has worked every time. It saves the embarrassment of everyone in my class staring at me and makes not as much noise. I also do suggest u do this hack the 1-2 days after your period and if you feel it coming soon do it before too. Btw I love your videos and this year when I was able to go back it saved my so much! Our school is my period tracker. I've had my period soamy times here and asked for a pad or tampon and whenever I go to the office on a regular day the ask what I want. That time of the month if I go up to the office they whisper ". Pad or tampon sweetie? "
Also at that time of the month they give me chocolate. My mom has a friend there and tells her before school so at lunch she pulls me aside and gives me small prices of dark chocolate. Luv her (๑ت๑)ﾉ

my friend group is like me and 2 other girls and one boy and we were all sat together in math and me and 1 of the girls have our period at like the same time and she was like "omfgg I hate crampsss" and I was like same and then us girls just started RANTING bout our period and the boy was just sat there and was like 😳😳😳 um ok and the other 2 girls got uncomfortable all of a sudden but I didnt give a f*** and so I said "what u never heard of a period lol" and after he was pretty cool with it but now hes so sweet and literally knows when our periods are and brings us chocolate when we are on it 💖💖💖
