My dad was a real one and didn't really have a problem purchasing products for me but I was embarrassed. He told me to call them Push Pops just to make me feel a little bit better, so when he's screaming across the store do you want Push Pops I know exactly what he's talking about.
Period "horror" story: I was in art class right, with my male friend, my female friend and the girl that I didn't know, I was cramping, right, and I tried to tell my girl friend, and my guy friend, that I wasn't feeling good. My guy friend, didn't get it, my girl friend did, and then the other girl didn't know, was like, "hey, are you ok?" I said, "yeah, I'm fine, just girl problems." And she said, "ok, you want some gum?" And I said, "sure"! we're friends now.
I got my first period like 20 minutes ago and my mum isn’t back from work until 4:00pm (Australian time) I am so grateful for these videos because they calm me and have prepared me with all the information I need. Also I don’t have a period kit or case of supplies. I just have to wait in a house of all boys.😭
Congratulations! I got my first period a few months ago and it was horrible and I had my second a few days ago like on the 10th it started and ended on the 12th
Funny story: on my 1st period I woke up to get up early 😅 and there was blood everywhere on my white pj's and bed 🛌 thought I was dying 🙃 my mom came running 🏃♂️ to my rescue when she got to my room she laughed at me while I was screaming 😱 and crying 😢 and saying "MOMMMMMM IM DYINGGGGGG"

I am a competitive gymnast and just recently got my period. Unfortunately, you have to wear a leotard (shorts if wanted) and I am terrified to put a tampon in. This video gave me courage and i tried it and It worked! Yesterday practice went by like a breeze (besides a few occasional cramps) and I couldn’t thank you enough!

Which is only costing 9 million to be built they still needed someone to donate all this stuff. So my mom did cuz she knows the girls need things, and the boys do too.

FYI,if you have a phone, and your parents approve you downloads, the health app has a cycle tracking section. It’s the same as a period tracker. ALSO, I once took a shower and didn’t bring a pad from the bathroom with them. I went to sleep and full on bled through my underwear and shorts. A week later my dad washed my laundry and lo and behold, my shorts and underwear were clean.
I know it’s hard, but my advice for telling your mom: go into it like you’re making an “exciting announcement” whether you see it that way or not. When I told my mom, she gave me a big hug and congratulated me. Any good mom will do the same
So, I got my first one when I was 12. It was a nice day in August. My family and I were having a little bon fire and roasted weenies and marshmellows, having so much fun. Then I went inside to go pee and when I wiped, there was some pink on my toilet paper. I was really anxious because I have severe anxiety, but I kept it to myself and went back outside to have more fun. The next morning, it was a little heavier so I decided to tell my mom I got "my you know what" as I call it😂😂 She gave me a hug, asked how I felt (I told her that I felt really tired) and she told my go put on a pad. She only had over nights, so I used one until my dad went and bought me some liners because I had really light periods for the first 6 I had. He was really nice about buying my products😊 Fast forward to when I turned 17, I was a depressed, overweight teen and my period became random and didn't come every month...I think it has to do with my weight gain, but I'm now 21 and I haven't had my period in 6 months. I usually won't have it for about a year and than ill get a really, really heavy one. I know this isn't normal, but I'm too nervous to talk to my doctor about it. Anyways, that's my period story!
Hey, I don't know if you are still depressed or what is going on right now, but please know that you are not alone. Never be embarrassed to talk about things, even when it's hard. The worst things come when you don't communicate and although it can be extremely hard, we should all try to talk about the hard things sometimes. You may not be religious, so I won't push it too much, but in ny experience, reading my Bible helps so much. Just knowing that even though you sre suffering, if you accept Jesus as your savior, one day the suffering will end. I promise. Things like hoping on pintrest and find some motivational qoutes, Journaling, doing a weekly spa day, reading, listening to music, doing some sort of physical activity that gets your body moving, can really help. I don't struggle with severe depression, but I can get really bad anxiety and I have OCD so these have really helped me. Please know that you are never alone. Even when you feel like it, sometimes you just have to look a bit harder. ❤

Thank you for making this! I am currently experiencing my tenth one, but I love that this is available to premenarchals! I have friends who are younger than me and from what I know, probably disgusted by them. I am aware that they could come to me at some point and ask these questions and thanks to you, I now have the answers to more of them! Another way to predict your period is by feeling the middleshmirtz. That's what I've done and I've always been right. Being able to predict it is one reason I don't mind it so much; along with the fact that I don't get cramps, mood swings, or even leaks. Because it is not a bother for me, I don't plan on taking birth control (I'm also aromantic and asexual and a virgin and young and sketchy of meds, avoiding them unless absolutely necessary)But enough about me. I am a huge fan of you and how much you talk about such topics shamelessly; which I have been able to do more since dsicovering you a year ago💜💜💜

the when your mom got her period was very wrong for me. My mom got hers at 14 and from how my friends getting theirs early I thought I was too. I'm 13 and just got mine when I was 12 unexpectedly. My friend got hers at 11 and her mom got hers at 15. From my experience its about a 50% 50% chance that you'll get yours at the same age as your mom. i got my first period in december but then after that it just stopped coming on and my mom was getting worried so she called the doctor and they said it's normal to not get your period reguaraly when you first start it so that was a HUGE relief for me and my mom

A couple of questions: 1. When you are in your early period years, and your period is irregular, when do you wear protection? Do you just wear period underwear every day? 2. I have been having discharge for a long time (over a year I think), when will I get my period? 3. Is is possible, (saw this online and heard rumors, so don't know,) to tell when and how often you will get a period based off of breast size? 4. I am a swimmer, what should I do to make sure I don't get my period while in swim practice 5. When using a menstrual cup, do you feel blood shaking inside of you? Sorry for being so ignorant if anyone sees this I really hope you could give me a quick answer.
1. Always bring pads/tampons with u and if u feel symptoms, maybe us a panty liner 2. I have had discharge for a year or less. But no period. It hard to tell when it going to happen. Watch Sharon’s vid on signs of ur first period. Also check out rubix cubix too. 3. Unsure 🫤. Never heard of it before. 4. Tampons, Menastrel cups or period swimwear. Test it all out before. Sharon has vid on tampons 5. I wouldn’t know, I haven’t had my period yet. I just research lots, to be prepared. I wouldn’t think so 🤔 Hope this helped 😝😝
I got my 1st period on Thursday and I am barely bleeding I’m happy as long as I have the food I want and I don’t have any cramps and I’ve actually had more energy than normal❤

In my country we have a tradition we drink some type of medicine that helps with cramps jxt feels like a normal stomach ace 😌 so were good and its legit u only get them during contractions pregnancy soo um yeah
Hey guys! I have some news about periods and something that can help the pain! ( I don’t get bad cramps cause of it). 1. You need to eat healthy and have little amount of sugar. Bad cramps can be cause by Candida 2. Try and find hormonal sprays, they will help your cramps 😉 Hope this works ladies ❤️🥰

my school finally started supplying pads and tampons along with dioterant for the girls. And body spray and deoterant for the boy in the bathrooms.

the when your mom got her period was very wrong for me. My mom got hers at 14 and from how my friends getting theirs early I thought I was too. I'm 13 and just got mine when I was 12 unexpectedly. My friend got hers at 11 and her mom got hers at 15. From my experience its about a 50% 50% chance that you'll get yours at the same age as your mom. Thankyou Sharon my first period came recently and from all the knowledge I gained from you I got through it comfortably! TYSM!

My first period was on a school night at like 2:00 am- i was staying up late and my stomach was hurting really bad. 😭 so i went to the bathroom and there was blood everywhere- i already knew what a period was so i was like " o h ". Then i told my mom and she let me stay home for a week 😌✨

Edit: Y'all after watching this video I went to the washroom and lo and behold I got my first period 😂 I thought I would get it in a few days but after watching this video I got it! And for anyone who asks do I regret getting it? YES I do regret very much 😭 these cramps are soo painful 😐and these pads are also uncomfortable I have to wear them the whole time I'm on my period😔 at first I was very eager to get it and now that I got it,I regret getting it very much 😭 please y'all enjoy your childhood time and do not waste your precious childhood time thinking about when you will get your first period becoz trust me you will not like it... I'm one of the late bloomers and I absolutely understand how late bloomers feel but trust me y'all this is not fun😤
i got my first period in december but then after that it just stopped coming on and my mom was getting worried so she called the doctor and they said it's normal to not get your period reguaraly when you first start it so that was a HUGE relief for me and my mom

1. When you are in your early period years, and your period is irregular, when do you wear protection? Do you just wear period underwear every day?
2. I have been having discharge for a long time (over a year I think), when will I get my period?
3. Is is possible, (saw this online and heard rumors, so don't know,) to tell when and how often you will get a period based off of breast size?
4. I am a swimmer, what should I do to make sure I don't get my period while in swim practice
5. When using a menstrual cup, do you feel blood shaking inside of you?
Sorry for being so ignorant if anyone sees this I really hope you could give me a quick answer.
1. Always bring pads/tampons with u and if u feel symptoms, maybe us a panty liner
2. I have had discharge for a year or less. But no period. It hard to tell when it going to happen. Watch Sharon’s vid on signs of ur first period. Also check out rubix cubix too.
3. Unsure 🫤. Never heard of it before.
4. Tampons, Menastrel cups or period swimwear. Test it all out before. Sharon has vid on tampons
5. I wouldn’t know, I haven’t had my period yet. I just research lots, to be prepared. I wouldn’t think so 🤔

Hey Sharon I just wanted to tell you that when I first got my period I never learned about them but conveniently enough I was watching your period videos the day before for I got my period so I just wanted to thank you (currently dying from cramps) 😊 and I am still embarrassed about my period 😞
In my country we have a tradition we drink some type of medicine that helps with cramps jxt feels like a normal stomach ace 😌 so were good and its legit u only get them during contractions pregnancy soo um yeah

Hey guys! I have some news about periods and something that can help the pain! ( I don’t get bad cramps cause of it).
1. You need to eat healthy and have little amount of sugar. Bad cramps can be cause by Candida
2. Try and find hormonal sprays, they will help your cramps 😉
