I got my first period during quarantine and I was super happy since if the world hadn't shut down I would have been on a school field trip...
Another tip is if you have the HEAVIEST FLOW at night, you can wear XL pull up things, so there is no chance of leaking anywhere 🥰 hope it helps some of you gals
I have a hack for tampons. So every time I use a tampon I use a pantyliner too. Then i put the string under the pantyliner so it stays. The reason I do this is bc I’m always scared about the string disappearing. Ik that I shouldn’t be scared but this hack just makes me feel a lot better. So if your scared about the string like me you could try this hack too!

Some thing that my grandma taught me for getting out stains, is to take lemon juice and baking soda and you mix it in a bowl and while it’s still foamy you pour it onto the stain and if you let it sit for a little bit, about 2 minutes, and then just wash it like normal it gets the stain out really well. Hope this helps!

When I'm on my period I wake up randomly to change my pad. It's usually at like, 2-4 when I wakeup? It's like my body is on a schedule it knows when to tell me, "you need to change your pad"

Honestly when I first got my period I was surprised but I was still super calm. I realized I got it before I went to shower and I just wanted to check it was still there before I got dressed and called my mom. And she was like: Ok, do you have any spare pads? (It was evening and the stores were closing) And I was like: Yes. And then she just hugged me and went to the living room. From that moment on all I ever knew about periods I learned on the app called Flo cause we never talked about it again 😃

The whole drinking water thing works for me but I just started drinking more water since I’ve gotten so dehydrated to the point where I almost pass out and I just noticed that my flow lasts about 4-5 days with water and about 8 without(I also play a couple of sports)

I love your period videos and I really think you should make a mini series of trying out period products.(I suggest trying re-usable pads video they are really comfortable + good for environment)and not many people have done videos of it.love you :)

So here's the thing....if u wanna get your stain out with water and soap u wanna use cold water bc hot water basically dries the blood but if u use hydrogen peroxide u wanna use hot water to get the peroxide thing out (hydrogen peroxide gets blood out its self) i hope that l helped!!!

When I get my period I will have to share with 1st graders in the bathroom cause that is the youngest age that would be in the bathroom cause 1st - 6th graders use the bathroom so little kids might ask what was I opening.. I have never herd a pad opening lol

@@natsumimori3281 get period underwear! I recommend thinx! I also have a really heavy period, so put a pad/tampon on top of your period pants and then if you bleed through it goes and gets absorbed into the pants. Also, period pants are expensive, but in the long run, they are great!!! It’s so much better to have pants that last a long time and you can reuse them, whereas with normal undies, if you bleed through sometimes the stain can’t come out and then you throw them out, whereas you just put these undies in the wash and they come out fine! Hope this helps 🤍

The drinking a lot of water thing works- I drank like 5 cups of water every hour and it lasted for 2 days-
Tried that my last period it works but I had to pee every 10-15 mins tho...

The only reason you should change your pad is when it's full of you feel very uncomfortable! You shouldn't change it every 4 hours because you'll fly through pads! However when using a tampon yes you do need to change it every 4 HOURS because when wearing tampons for a LONG time you could get a disease which is why I wear pads because one I don't feel comfortable putting products up my body second most tampons have chemicals in them third in not good with time and can't keep track of its 4 hours or not . If you want comfortable pads please use ALWAYS NO FEEL period pads☺ honestly you shouldn't be using tampons at a young age so if you really want to use one use it when your older ! As a teenager trying to decide what size pad I should get . To be safer get the TEEN ALWAYS NO FEEL PERIOD PADS!

Heey, I recently found your channel and I love how you talk about periods and that stuff, because I just think its too stigmatised and ppl dont wanna talk about it and I wish it would be normalised (I really like talking about it and being open and my best friend and I talk about those untalked topics all the time and are very open about it and I'm so glad that my bf is curious and wants to know more and that I can talk with him about that).

I got my first period at school. I sat next to my crush and he saw a small puddle of blood on the chair. He told me I had started and I was freaking out but he gave me his jaket and I went to the bathroom cleaned up and brought paper towels back and he let me keep his jaket now he is my boyfriend.

I love the tiktok when the girl gave tips on things you shouldn’t do on your period but my school uniform is tacky pants and a white shirt...
My period story isn’t that awkward but anyway like a couples days before I felt something wet so I thought it’s discharge so I went to change and I saw spotting I sat there for literally 5 minutes 😂 and then like 4 days later I felt a lot more liquid and I was so mad cause I was with a strict teacher and already used my bathroom break already so I sat there for like and hour and when I finally got out I was drenched in blood luckily I did have like a make shift pad cause I was spotting so I like forgot a liner so I had some stuff with me cause I knew I would probably get it soon so ya I’m so glad I was prepared
u might think some sisters are supportive like keep it to their selves but no rn i didnt realize but there was a blood stain in the toilet and she said “ EW STELLA come here right now and clean this up ur f*cking gross clean it up” and kept on yelling at me about how gross i was 🙄 (note i have severe social anxiety so it made it a lot worse) i always try to make sure that i didnt leave a mess but she always rushes me to get out
