I am a chef. I would suggest that you fry all the ingredients, then add egg liquid to coat everything, stir fry until the noodles and ingredients are evenly coated with egg liquid, and finally add salt to taste! You Give it a try! This is the original flavor and you will be pleasantly surprised!
There are different type of instant noodles. It depends on how they prepared it in the factory. There is a type of instant noodles can be eaten raw. Just check the label of the product. Also try to find consumer reports around the world. There are very few instant noodles can be bad for you if consume regularly.
For a single person living alone, these recipes are great. Always difficult to find recipes just for one. I appreciate these, thank you very much.

Instant noodle was cooked before came out of factory hence it's instant.

I have a similar recipe to the first one, except I use rice instead of instant noodles. It's also very good.
