She also would scramble eggs, dip bread in it and fry and after cooked sprinkle cinnamon over it and pat of butter and top with syrup. She called it French toast. Old sweet memories. Thank you. 😁💗

Of course, that does not mean that each and everybody should know the same recipe everywhere. But I only wish to point out that this recipe is very much liked by many Indians also with some difference.
I’ve got an easy egg recipe for you all. If you love dipping buttered bread in the warm gooey egg yolk. It’s not heart healthy though, but it’s good! Take a bowel. Tear the bread into pieces, (I cut the bread into 9 pieces with a knife) using however many slices of bread you want eat. I use 1 egg to each bread slice. (I like heavy egg, or a lot) you can soft boil eggs, steam in a steamer for around 4 minutes, bake them, or simply fry the eggs in a frying pan with water. (Boil water before adding the eggs) NOW: 1; cook the eggs however you wish to Cook them. 2; While the eggs are cooking. Tear or cut the bread into bite size or bigger pieces into a large bowl. 3; Put little bits of butter in the bread pieces. Just seperate the butter bits. 4; When the eggs are cooked to the whites firm and the yolks warm and runny. Put the eggs onto the bread and butter pats. After you put the eggs on top of the bread and butter just slice the eggs open so the yolks run out. 5; Add salt and pepper to taste. 6; Mix everything in the bowl and EVERY BITE is just like dipping your bread in the yolk. Mixing everything makes the egg whites smaller so you don’t have to cut them, just open to let the yolk run out. ENJOY! This was what my grandma used to make me. I’m now 59M and still love this as a quick easy meal! One warning! If you over cook the yolks it dry and not pleasant to eat.
