Thank you for sharing all of your outstanding recipes. Great camera usage. I love your sweet voice at the end. It makes me smile.

Maybe it is the first take!! I’m sure she is a pro at this and is use to making these dishes over and over!! Her style, her mannerisms, her attire, all very professional
I’d never waste so much time and effort on such a carbilicious meal but the consistency and texture of the first noodles was actually a thing of beauty. You got skillz.
This recipe is simple but looks absolutely delicious. The only thing I would add is a bit of chopped fried bacon. Love and respect from Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada.

Very nice! Such pretty hands. I like to do the fried Ramen version so the bottom is a bit crunchy. And on the second I left out the spinach and added chives.
I was going to try one of your dishes 3 weeks ago. I went out, got everything I needed and was ready to make something on Monday...but mother nature had different plans as she left me homeless, losing everything I owned. Oh well... time to start all over again at 58 years of age...I might as well be 18 again...
Love it! Helpful hint - before opening noodle packages cover Roth tea towel, then gently whack it with meat hammer or rolling pin, then open. Easy peasy!

😉 ). Cela sent vraiment bon et m'ouvre l'appétit 🤤. Grüsse aus Frankreich 👋

The nice part about Ramen based dishes is there are no rules and you can add anything you want. This is very similar to Japanese yakisoba (fried noodles). If you don't want the heat of Sriracha the Chinese have a condiment called Chili Crisp. It's chili oil and deep-fried chilis and a few other ingredients to add spice and a crunch texture. Not at hot as Sriracha and a bit more complex. Found in Asian grocery stores. Laoganma Spicy Chili Crisp is a very popular brand and a bit less oily than others. You can spoon it on many other dishes as well. Vegetable dishes, eggs, etc.
I made the first recipe but I added shrimp, snow peas and spinach. I didn't have tomato paste so used siracha and one packet of ramen seasoning (shrimp) and used pepper jack cheese. The only thing I would do different is temporarily remove the vegetables while cooking the ramen and add a few more eggs (probably because I added more ingredients.)
