Wir haben uns frische Kuhmilch direkt vom Bauern geholt und die Zutaten dann für einen Liter Milch neu berechnet. Das nächste mal werden wir dann Kräuter, oder vielleicht auch mal Knoblauch etc. dazu geben.

Добрый день,прочитала много негативных комментариев.Сегодня я приготовила такой сыр добавив перец, вяленые помидоры ,соль,паприку.Все получилось супер для бургер нет ничего лучше, очень экономно и минимум затрат.Спасибо за рецепт❤❤❤.Прежде чем комментировать ,попробуйте приготовить.

Здравствуйте, сыр получается из одного литра молока всего 100 гр, редько 120 гр., я частенько готовлю, ингредиенты разных сыров, с крахмалом первый раз слишу, почему бы нет, можно пробовать, во всяком случии вы знаете что делаете, ни то что магазинные всякие сырние продукты, пробуете, попитка не пытка, удачи всем
