Cant you take the rear right panel off and disconnect the motor to the actuator then use island key turn to right for it to stay open? Idk if I want to remove anything. Just asking if that way really works.
I just tried something on mine .. First I turned key on them the kill switch ( actuates valve) watch valve first stage it opens....Turn kill switch to off before the valve completes it's cycle ( closes). Now go to ECU and pull that Black Wire / White Stripe/ and Green Dots. Black plug, 5th Wire from Right to the Left..People have said pin # 34 or 30??..Dont know what # cause I never found any numbers on my plug???. Started up ,with cat deleted / new mid pipe and set valve thAng and M4.,sounds Very Good..MEAN
Looking into doing this to my 750 08 soon. Can someone confirm once the wires to the exhaust valve end are removed, is the valve spring loaded open or closed....?
@@jaymen833 believe it or not I went in ecu and pulled that black/whatever,can't member...oops before that I turned on ignition then then the bar switch let servo close and then open Them CUT SWITCH ON HANDLEBARS OFF BEFORE IT FINISHED IT CYCLE TO HALF OPEN START POSITION ...,😁. THen you can pull wire out CPU and tape it up ..Whaa Laah DONE.. BIKE WILL Go thru normal cycle BUTTTT ONLYY SERVO TURNS IT DOESN'T MOVE YOUR CABLES DONT ASK WHY ??? But it works starts .no ( oh crap) light either. You are essentially turned off power from servo to switch for cables.i left all in tact to make sure.. Great itoo if under warranty some. How?¿!?? LoL 2008 GiXXer 750
You can (in theory) just remove the cables tie em up somewhere where they can still move when servo tells it to. Or probably could completely remove cables? . No servo removal,no wire cutting, no $60 servo buddy . As long as ECU thinks servo is pulling cables. There don't seem to be No prox switches or alike to know if it's open or closed. Then if needed you could reinstall it about 10 min. Just thinking out loud. PEACE OUT. ✌️
Thanks mannn i asked my self why its not loud hahaha know i doo this next time
Everything worked perfectly thank you .

@@jaymen833 how you let it open?
@@m.aliuF80 I don't just grinded the axes off and took it out
All u need is servo buddy . lif tank disconect 2 cables an plug servo. Fly stays open . leave everything there
That or get ecu flashed. But this one is on the cheap side no need to spend 50-60 bux on servo buddy😊
