I love the way these guys play together they captivate listeners from the start of delicately slapping the bass to finish with this jam session so fierce it knocks your socks off
I bought this CD years ago by mistake and it had just hit the market ... I realized how good they were after a couple listens ... a very happy error led to a wonderful discovery ... perhaps not for the mainstream but for those who appreciate Jean Luc Ponte etc choice musicians ... And that's my humble 55 year old opinion having heard and seen the greats over years.
ten years later (2013)... still one of the best version in history... / 10 años despues (2013)... sigue siendo una de las mejores versiones de la historia
I have this concert on DVD and every time I watch it it feels like the very first time. This has been one of the only bands that affects me the way that it does and I'm reminded of that every time I watch any one of their videos, live or otherwise, Thank you DMB for doing what you do as well as you do. I've been dedicated to this band since "95 and find it a blessing to reacquaint myself with my favorites every once in awhile. The rush of emotion for each song only reaffirms my dedication.
they must have some band up there. We lost so many good musicians. Besides being and excellent musician, LeRoy like the rest of the band are really down to earth good guys. All the best. Keep going!!!!!!! be well!!!!!!
Always been a fan of Carter Beauford, got me into the band, but WOW! A genuine, genuine band, they all clearly enjoy playing with each other so much, it shows, love to see them live. For me, as a drummer (and this a bit predictable) has to be 'Marching Ants' :)
Music is not about how technically skilled the players are, it's about the creativity of the music and is highly subjective. Technical skill of an instrument just allows for more possibilities. It's like calling The Beatles bad because of the simplicity of the music.
love it, great band and song, I notice that some fans are asking Tim to tone it down on songs on this one I think there is too much violin - it's a love song and dont think the violin is adding the right feel - just a thought luv DMB
the problem I have with over produced groups is that their live performances fall short. It's really dissapointing so when a group comes out like this it's falling in love for the first time
I wonder if youve ever tried to play dmb's music as a band in all its entirety with every instrument as one band. Theres a feel and groove that these guys carry thats extrodinary, you think it sounds easy but in the hands of serious professional musicans they make simpl ethings very difficult.there success speake for itself. BTW whyd you add Alter Bridge in there? Completely different then dmb haha not too mention about 3 or 4 less musicians
Perhaps you've been watching the wrong shows? There are PLENTY of kick ass shows after LeRoi. Try #41 Live a Brixton Academy. I mean, we all miss Roi but to say the band is not as good is an insult to the rest of the band.
i think dave thinks hes eddy vedder, he tries to sound like him sometimes, and he tries to do the same facial expressions as him too. and im posative that many people that like daves style of singing/honking, also like pearl jam.
There are so many people in this world that are missing out on a great experience by not having viewed this video yet.
this isn't a song - this is a reliigoius experience
Usually all my attention would be on Dave, but Boyd really shines on the violin! Heck, all their solos are too awesome for words
Killer sax....and smooth sexy vocals does not get any better.
I love the way these guys play together they captivate listeners from the start of delicately slapping the bass to finish with this jam session so fierce it knocks your socks off
This is what I come to when I want to listen to real music

Me emociono al escuchar esta canción, es simplemente hermosa ¡Viva Dave Matthews Band! Lo dice aquí una fan desde Chile. ❤

That is the most amazing version of one of their best songs. Incredible. Leroy, have my babies.
Crush....and "Crush into me" are both just awesome :) !!

Dave is Awesome! I can't wait to watch a concert with my lovely lady...
best thing about dmb is that the band always looks happy and is always having a good time playing
Strong and emotional song!
Why does everyone have to argue?! Lets all just take a deep breath and enjoy this excellent live performance of one of the DMB's best songs! :D
Not even God could have made this better.
6 people got crushed by their awesomeness!!!

Dave reminds me of Tom Hanks, Stefan reminds me of Tiesto, and Carter reminds me of God
Best song ever written
sb should upload the whole central park concert dude. EVERY SINGLE SONG is epic
Blown away!!! Good stuff!
this literally changed my life
I love Stefan man!

Booker T is a kick ass violin player.

Carters roll at the end is so fucking sick.

Awesome !
Exquisite!
really good!
sexiest bass line of all time I think yes?
LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT.

I know Stefan doesn't get as much hype as the other, but his bass playing is absolutely flawless on every song.
I guess that it'll take a lot long till i get fed up of this song!!
This song is sexy! Love it!
waoooo
82,664? Why is it only counting my views??
Hell yeah! Dmb!
love it, great band and song, I notice that some fans are asking Tim to tone it down on songs on this one I think there is too much violin - it's a love song and dont think the violin is adding the right feel - just a thought luv DMB
Should be renamed the Carter Beauford band
should be all their names + band. doesn't matter who its named from. they're all legendary
Lmao when everyone cheered when he sang the line feeling high
the problem I have with over produced groups is that their live performances fall short. It's really dissapointing so when a group comes out like this it's falling in love for the first time
@KSE88 Leroi (with an I) passed away in August 2008
4:26 Stefan is so fuckin badass.
No ads, you dont own this
dmb yeah
Refresque
the sexy sax at 8:58
4:27 Stefan attempts to cut off his finger.
6:30 ill cut my own arm to have that string of the bow and pass it from generation to generation.
sound goodsoundofboston

LeRoi*...
if you watch this and than watch a live show from after leroi died, they have no energy anymore, they just play.
12 people no culture !

nah
Eddie Vedder thinks HES Dave Matthews.
That violin solo is boring as hell. Shame, 'coz the rest of the boys are killing it.
the guy is good but he's no dave matthews
Boyd Tinsley apparently only knows one rhythmic figure. By far the weakest of the group.
