    For a guy that gets a lot of flak for steroid use and whatever- he's quite nice, humble and very helpful. Why can't people just take the good instead of hating?

    • @happygal6966
      @happygal6966 9 років тому +4

      usayeed727 who cares if he is nice? and wtf does humble have to do with it? dude uses mega amounts of roids, since he was 18. Unless you are using too, are you going to take advice from him? that like have the parts to a VW, and trying to build it into a racecar with a lambo instruction manual.

      usayeed727 I get more tips from rich compared to every body else. The haters are just lashing out any way they can. I just started, and, steroid accusations is the best compliment a green horn can receive.If you can watch these vids before you start training you can avoid injuries.I have dated pics with doubled arm size in 13 weeks, the haters claim impossible with drugs,ah ha the fact i am over 50 makes it a bit odd

      Barry, that awesome. It really is. and I know what you mean about roid accusation being a compliment. I agree. I would love for someone to ask me if I was using. But I need to point out that for 99% of people who are not using, they would not be able to handle many of the regiments he talks about. In one vid, he suggests 2hrs a day working out and 1hr a day doing cardio. its just silly to think that someone would be able to see the most benefits doing that unless they were using. Which is fine! I'm not hating on the users at all! Rich is open about, he's an honest guy, and I respect him for that. I just think that he should preface his videos stating that these are workouts that are best suited if you're using. cheers

      I am 2 hours 1 hour cardio,usually per day? This could be walking or running, use less weight but the same exercise, Rich is describing. Rich is the few that pushes low weight high reps, i am 51 this is the only way i am learning i can even do this, after multiple injuries in my 15 months doing this. Live and learn, Rich swears if you do 60 curls with 15 pound dumbbells in each hand then 100 scull crushers 3 sets back to back no rest, he swears your arms will swell, I would not expect that most women can do this 15 pounds so drop the weight. This was a simple warm up for me so i will ad weight.I have ok genetics for this, I wish i had not wasted my whole life being fat. I feel we are all a family if you see a guy running beep him thumbs up, watch him run faster, lets power trip together.Thanks happy gal, I am getting happy myself. Awl scoobys workshop has great tips as well and he is older than i am

    Got to have respect for this guy. He is successful all the way around. If he does use a little synthol for his arms... more power to him. What can people say about his other body parts that look great and have no synthol in them. This is a classic example of a guy who already had an awesome physique, used a little synthol for his own personal desire's to slightly enhance what he already had, and now people want to say he just looks like that bc of synthol. Come on guys, use your brain. This guy is a hard worker and real to the bone. No hating here

    What works best for me is a workout by the HIT protocol.
    An example :
    Superset
    Pushdowns
    French press
    Superset:
    Incline dumbbell curls
    Standing barbell curls/Pulley curls

    Good info but wrong about training on an empty stomach. That's a mental and blood sugar thing. The energy you get to be able to workout comes from what you ate the day before, not what you ate an hour before you hit the gym. Your body hasn't even begun to digest the food that you eat right before you hit the gym.

    to achieve pumps during sets. keep tension on muscles.
    eg.bench - dont lock out arms. bring bar down to chest and only go half way up. keep your rep speed repitive. lock out on those tough reps. if it burns. try 5 more reps.

    something that worked well for me for gaining some size, was mixing in between size and strength workouts. Sometimes I would do high reps, low weight pump workouts, and sometimes I would do 3-6 reps low volume heavy workouts. This worked well because it built up my strength, which allowed me to then build size, which then again allowed me to gain even more strength, etc.
    I used to use 6kg dumbbells for curls and now I can do curls with 13kg dumbbells with good form, high reps and a pump

    In my opinion too many people take this rep shit too seriously.
    All this one second up two seconds down bullshit, all this 'rhythm' bullshit.
    Do for example tricep bar hammer curls and get into a rhythm - do them properly but come back up as soon as you hit the bottom. Now pause for half a second at the bottom and feel the difference. That shit will fucking BURN. It's all about feeling what the muscle feels like. Too many people going in and doing 3x8 religiously regardless of how it feels.
    If i do 4 sets (i don't count my reps) and my biceps aren't hurting then i'll up the weight and do more sets until the muscle hurts.

    • @LukeShrimp

      Nico Antonescu lol
      Skip LaCour, Rich Piana, and Kali Muscle talk about these. To say that they're all lying is a bit extreme. Especially when you don't even lift.

    • @kzsposeidon3121
      @kzsposeidon3121 7 років тому

      Actually what he says is pretty accurate. Especially when you start lifting.
      If I do 8 reps but see that there at at least 2 reps left - do these fucking reps.
      Especially when you start it's hard to know your weights and which to use...meanwhile I know what I can curl for 5-8 reps exactly

    i think its better to be strong and not have a lot of muscle so you can still run fast, be more agile, and suprise people. I mean to me its more impresive that a 180lbs man curl 210lbs than a 210lbs man curl 180lbs.

    • @saymehname5227
      @saymehname5227 7 років тому +2

      you can't be serious? you realize the guy that is bigger but curls less can ALSO work on that so he can curl more later on than the little guy, right? Use your mind and who gives a shit about strength you won't be picking up cars anytime soon unless you actually compete then more power to you.

      There is no such things as over training, you just have to balance workouts and recovery. If you destroy your arms in the gym you have to rest until they recover.
