  • Get ready to burn fat and tone your entire body! Join me for a LIVE PILATES workout! It's going to be a 30 min FULL BODY workout. I'm going to be including the use of a loop resistance band (aka a booty band) for some of the exercises. You can use a band or do the whole workout with no equipment and still get a great burn! Our workout will focus on building strength, tone and definition. We'll be working on sculpting the arms, abs, glutes and thighs! Grab a mat and a bottle of water and let's get fit together!

    as I progress into my mid fifties I enjoy these pilates workouts far more than lifting weights...it just feels so good! Thank you for great workouts!! Your outfit is very pretty! I cant wait to order one too :) Love that there is no seam going down the front !!
