This just popped up on my UA-cam for no apparent reason. I watched the whole thing, just like the first time I saw these movies.
I was setting up and decorating my Christmas tree some years ago, and to keep myself entertained, I randomly picked a channel. They were running a Silent Night, Deadly Night marathon. I watched all of them, back to back, and was greatly amused. I have very low standards for entertainment and I have no shame about that.
While most of my favorite holiday memories involve family and friends, this is still one of the ones that make me feel all happy.
All three videos in one easy to use and convenient location? It's a Christmas miracle!
Fat Grandma be praised!!!
SHUT THAT DOOR 🚪!!!!
Nay, this is another Festivus miracle!!! 😃
Santa kinda sorta DOES exist!
God bless us, every one!
I will never understand the mindset of parents who take their kids to see R rated movies, and then complain that they're not appropriate for children.
Well, at that time you could take them to theaters, but they're always thinking it would be a cheesy horror or something else (the same thought when Night of the Living Dead was released), since the internet wasn't there yet to give infos about the movies.
3 words: TV Guide reviews
Those parents had no excuses
There were parents complaining about how they thought Deadpool was a kid's movie. It's the fucking parents fault, but they never get blamed.
@@phantomzone2725 Taking kids to cheesy horror movies isn`t any better than any other horror movies, people are just shitty parents..
Also, there are a lot of REALLY STUPID people out there lol
@@tastyloaf5487 Or just a little bit of logic
Gasp! The long lost Silent Night Deadly Night 3! It's a Christmas miracle!
"...Santa kinda sorta DOES exist." =D
Praise Cthulhu!
Why was it taken down?
Charles Argyle brad has had lots of videos taken down . Many for bs copyright claims. Though some of the older ones might’ve been for being about graphic stuff but it’s typically censored so who knows.
@@indumatipngtuber2790 We got Cthulhu!
I saw Bill Mosley at a convention just recently and jokingly asked where are the SNDN 3 autograph pictures?? and he did a brief double take and then chuckled and said "I actually have some at home, didn't think to bring those" LOL
I hollered when the person on the background fell during the, 'Garbage day!' spoof. Caught me all the way off guard.
Omg! It’s an early Christmas present ! I missed Fat Grandma ❤️
Thank you Snobby Claus!
If Gene Siskel had had half a brain he wouldn't have spoken about the film on TV at all, act like it doesn't exist if he thinks it's earnings are, "blood money", as if it's being paid for with the lives of children. TriStar is getting tons of publicity and teens will all go to see it because some square on TV talked down to them. Meanwhile the film makes three times it's budget and a ton more on home video, continuing to be re released in this century.
Some film critics are such puritanical drama queens! "Blood money"...WTF??? Did this movie come alive and kill people?
The film was more box-office successful than Wes Craven’s first Nightmare film, coincidentally released the same day. But no, all parents wanted to let their kids see was THIS film. I’m glad my mom went to go see Nightmare instead of this. Even if she never lets me mention this film in front of her. But, this is a cult classic, so I’m fine with that, too.
It makes me wanna expose their mailing address. Seriously they don't like these kinds of films but do shit like that to actors who just needed some money. It's kinda like UA-cam reviewers who don't have any funny or original content so they just use shit on popular things.
@@bentramer682 Wow, the Tall Man. Phantasm is my favorite modern horror movie, so can I have your autograph?
@@MrBlueSkyof1607 Thanks. from The Tall Man
I always felt bad for Billy he was a very nice guy he didn’t deserve this
Yeeaahh. He's kind of like a more human version of Michael Myers.
What the Hell am I saying??? Michael Myers has *never* been human in his entire *life* !
Yeah, Billy is probably the most sympathetic slasher movie killer ever.
He just went insane.
His grandfather gave a number on his psyche, done worse with his parents being killed.
“...a man in sunny 60 degree weather shooting a man on the sidewalk...” Sounds like Christmas here in Texas to me.
No it's Christmas here in Florida
can we all appreciate how insane 42:46 is? that stunt man almost got smoked.
Seriously, he looked like he was right in the path of that car!
He dodged that car like a matador evades a bull.
For the correct Snob continuity watch 2, 3 and 1 in that order.
6:19- I know why Grandpa is REALLY here. Because on the morning of November 5, 1955, an alien spaceship crash landed into his barn, and ran over one of his pine trees while getting away.
So does that mean Elle is Sherman’s sister. Does she also owned Lone Pine Mall with his brother. After the scene with Grandpa Peabody talking to Little Billy. He got the electric chair.
Funny, I was watching Ryan Hollinger's video on Silent Night, Deadly Night when I got this notification. But Brad, this is the best Christmas present one could ask for!
I'm really surprised that he didn't mention that the doctor in part 3 is Ben Horne on Twin Peaks.
11:16 - _"Hardcore Catholic schools .... Warning against the perversions of sex, while introducing them to their future kinks!"_
*That* .... is the best description of convent life .... I have ever heard ... Wow ....
One of the funniest snob Christmas line
The Snob went to Catholic school so he knows from experience.
Silent Night Deadly Night 1. The movie so good that the following two sequels are a clip show of it.
I like to think every sequel is basically one big clip show of the original.
Also, Black☆Star from Soul Eater? I didn't know you were a fan of Silent night, deadly night! XD
I'm sad you didn't mention Eric Freeman's EYEBROW movements!!! Those things bounced like crazy every time he spoke
And, I thought the Second Glace, The Pretender, and Crime of the Age triple feature would be my most watched video ever... I am so happy to be wrong.
I just recently found your channel on UA-cam and started watching your Cinema Snob videos. Love every one of them by the way. But when you upload older videos, I feel an unease within. I am used to seeing you in your present state of visual appeal. So, as a favor to all those that feel the same way... can you please digitally remove your hair from older videos. It would make the viewing more seamless from one video to the next. I hear there is some kind of precedent for this.
Michael Buttercream lol wtf
Yes, digitally remove your hair, for our own sake.
You should do what he says Mr. Jones, he IS part of the Buttercream Gang.
@@lennynero8614 And who isn't up to date on Dane Cook's joke library? ..hmm..
If he had BUSHWHACKED Fever, that would be a different story.
"How could you possibly remember that?"
"Because.....i was there." Lol..well okie dokie then
Oh, rad. I just watched part 4 and 5 the other day...and just reized when I was doing so, I'd never saw the first parts. Thanks a lot, Brad!
"Don't hire Ryan Reynolds! Your store will lose a hundred million dollars!"
...well, that joke's aged well.
I dont even get it
@@ignorepls I think it is a reference that comic book movies starring him used to do badly... Until Deadpool. So I guess Marvel is the store.
@@MsDjessa
Well...he was in _Blade_ _:_ _Trinity_ .
@@matthewmoran5297 and Green Lantern
@ECKohns he was also in Turbo which also flopped at release and was in theaters at the exact same time. He honestly should get an award for being in two simultaneous failures.
Finally!!! This deserves a huge OHH BOYYYY!!!
GyroMurphy GARBAGE DAY!!
GROUNDHOG DAY !!!!!
Wow, so this is what it feels like to have an early Christmas.
Thanks, Snob.
Finally I get to watch you review 3 !! I love the other reviews for this series !
Thanks for this Snob !
Ah yes, I remember the family gathering around to watch the Charlie Brown Garbage Day special, where Linus avenges Charlie Brown and wipes out the whole peanuts gang
Naughty! XD
Punish!
laundry day is a very dangerous day.
Spun-kay!
44:57 Lloyd breaking the 4th wall. Awesome!! 😸
Ooh yes! The perfect Christmas present to help me get through work! Thanks Brad!
Wow! I figured you were going to put these up, but I didn't think it was going to be all three at once. Thanks so much!
Considering that Rooney played a Japanese stereotype in a movie, I find his complaints about the first movie even more hypocritical. The murders in the movies are fictional, the racism in his was real.
That kid has one hell of an arm.
Yeah that left hook he gave Santa would have made Rocky think twice about messing with him lol
These are my favorite reviews!!
Although, to nitpick, some orphanages would keep people after they aged out of the system. I was reading a news story/expose on abuses at Catholic orphanages, and one woman that had been interviewed before her death had been stuck there until she was 22 and left to live with her sister.
The palm trees in the background during the Garbage Day sequence clearly indicate that SNDN2 was shot in southern California, so it shouldn't be at all surprising that it doesn't look very Christmasy.
Maybe it’s taken place in Haddonfield, Illinois. They have palm trees there.
@@a.jlewissonicski5278 Don't forget Springwood, Ohio
@@Nickr3000Ah Ohio, known for its palm trees and tropical weather. 😅
You have no idea how much these videos help me through my hard times and times are hard but I won't get into all that. I just want to say thank you for all your hard work and to those that help you behind the scenes. Take care and keep it going.
OH YEAH! YES!!
I've been waiting for these reviews of yours ever since I discovered you a few months ago!! Thank You, Cinema Snob!
These 3 movies are hilarious & outrageously weird, especially the 1st 2, & they're the perfect fodder for your hilarious & fun movie reviews!!!
The Cinema Snob Strikes Again!
Best,
Doug
Thanks for re-uploading these, and on my birthday no less :D
Thank you!!! I’ve looked every for Part3 ! Thanks Brad
Mmmmm MMMMMM! This looks like just the right dose of good ol’ sass that this here afternoon needed! Time to whip up some blueberry pancakes and saddle up!
I'm down with that
28:17 "The sassy-mouth may be worth one laugh from the pea-brain, but it's worth a lifetime of coal in the stocking!" XD
God bless us, every one!
And to think that maybe just maybe if mother superior treated billy nicely and with kindness, empathy, compassion, and sympathy Billy might never have ended up going insane remember when mother superior said punishment is necessary well billy said it to the girl he murdered at the toy store who got assaulted by another guy in the back room that proves it wasn’t Santa that turned him insane it was the cruel treatment from mother superior and everyone else the only one who cared in the end was the nun that was kind to billy and tried to help him
And now he's off to Haddonfield
You know I always wanted a silent night deadly night Halloween crossover lol
Who else thinks that Grandpa was the Killer Santa at the beginning?
Thanks to whoever liked that comment. I want to know who it was.
Thank you, Brad, for reuploading these.
It took 8 years but snob finally got his christmas wish. Part 2 blu ray that came late last year has not just new interviews including with Eric Freeman but new commentary with him on it.
39:15 looks like the Resident Evil Umbrella logo.
Every time a neighborhood kid asks me to buy something. like a Christmas wreath or raffle tickets, I say " sure...I'll buy 2!!! Just do me a solid and bring my garbage can to the curb, okay? ".
Fun fact: Robert Culp, who was in the third installation of the Silent Night Deadly Night series, also did the voice for Dr. Breen in the widely-acclaimed video game, Half Life 2. He also was in a similar killer Santa movie called, "Santa Slay".
Another fun fact: Robert Culp's grandson Elmo Kennedy is an influential underground rapper/musician called Bones. He was one of the pioneers of the trap metal and emo rap subgenres. He also has two side projects called surrenderdorothy and OREGONTRAIL.
I’ve seen a review of Santa Slay
Fun fact: Bones(real name Elmo Kennedy O'Connor), an influential underground rapper/musician who was one of the pioneers of trap metal, emo rap, and cloud rap is the maternal grandson of Robert Culp.
Edit: Forgot his full name.
Thank you for this gift.
34:47 "nice weather does not exist in Christmas movies" What about Die Hard and Lethal Weapon, both set in LA ?
2-3-1! The OBVIOUS order to review things in!
Snob bless us! Everyone!
Now there's a book sequel where Ricky has a family, Billy's alive and possessed by Satan, and another killer Santa on the loose (perhaps Petto).
not only is leo johnson in silent night deadly night (better watch out!) 3 but ben horne is the protagonists psychiatrist, this is the most twin peaksy of all the silent night deadly night movies
So, your saying I should not bring my toddler to a rated R movie, even though it has Christmas in the title? Like, think? Please. That's crazy.
Brad, I'd like to say thanks for all this great content
A TRUE GIFT!!~
I'm so happy these are here!!!~ :D
Considering all the punishment the nuns put him through, I expected a spinoff where the killer dresses as a nun
I have only seen 1 & 2 I think that’s quite enough. “ Garbage Day ?!”
Great I'm glad he uploaded this.
CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!!!!!!!
Huh? NO!!!
Headbanger142 *gunshot, dog barking in background*
CHRISTMAS EVE!? DAY!!! **Gunshot**
Omg I have been waiting years to see the sndn2 cinemasnob vid again!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
Alongside the remake of Silent Night, Deadly Night, I'd be cool to see a Snob episode on Christmas Evil. Would tie everything up perfectly, killer Santa-wise.
That and Silent Night Dealy Night 4
Well he finally did
can't forget santa's slay!
Merry Christmas right back atcha, Brad! :D
Now this is a Christmas gift.
The look on Jennifers' face is hilarious! 😂😂😂
1:08:36 Use the force Laura.
1:08:46 And you Laura we give the light of Earendil. Our brightest star, may it be a light for you when all other lights go out.
Am I the only one who thinks Silent Night Deadly Night is the second best Christmas horror film besides Black Christmas?
I've been waiting for a good way to watch these! They are my favorite reviews
FAT GRANDMA IS AMAZING
woah! @9:47 Mother Superior is the chief Medical Examiner from Predator 2
Ironically I think that billy and Ricky’s killing sprees would all have been averted if they just gave him the Santa ain’t real talk earlier than what they did...
all 3 silent night deadly nights! you spoil us brad what an amazing early christmas present :D
Hooray, about time. Merry Christmas!
"it's 7 o clock time to get shit faced" ad plays saying don't drink and drive lol
He absolutely shreds #3!
I laughed all the way through that shit!!🤣
Pure gold!👏👏👏
Fun Fact: 21:21 that’s the “shock jock” from Halloween 6.
Holy shit, it is
1:08:39
She also wanted to give Obi-Wan head, but he was on too high a ground for her to reach.
These 3 have gotta be some of Cinema Snob's best work yo!😂😁
Dang, that stunt dude standing in the street almost got hit by the car flipping over.
44:55 Lloyd agrees with the shit in her pants disagreeing with her previous statement of not being afraid. Hi, Lloyd!!
44:53 Ho hi Lloyd !
- Is it Garbage day already ?
Wait! Ricky was Neville Longbottom this whole time ?!
Given that Billy's grandfather was on his father's side of the family, maybe he and Ricky would have been safer going to live with his mother's relatives.
I love the first 2 movies and have nostalgia for the 4th. It wasn't until I was older that I realized how cheesy the second one was being a 80's baby who grew up on 80's cheesy horror
An hour long video? You spoil us Mr Snob
18:33 Me - Grandpa has sippin his Christmas special juice.
"Don't be talking back to grandmother like that!"
Me - Well, that's not the first time that has happen.
Talk about a waste of Bill Moseley for SN,DN 3, they missed the perfect opportunity for him to say "Santa Will Hunt!"
@Brendan Milburn It looks like wasting Jeffrey Combs in a 3D zombie movie. Oh wait, it happened...
Old Cinema Snob skits (like 2:00) look like footage from the August Underground films.
I don't know why it's so funny when the snob randomly shoots someone for literally no reason
Part 1: THE BEST MOVIE EVER!
Toys from R rated movies was a thing in both the 80’s and 90’s. Rambo, Terminator, Robocop, Alien and Predator. All had toys and merchandise for kids. Of course toys like those are no longer in production yet they still make toys for kids based on T for Teen to M for Mature rated games. Like Overwatch and Call Of Duty. Overwatch is for Teen. And Call Of Duty is Mature.
That Tila Tequila joke hasn't aged a day.
Nice one for uploading these Brad! Merry Christmas!
Nice! I was just watching a mirror of this in terrible quality
Robert Culp voices Dr. Wallace Breen in Half-Life 2!
Yes they return in full!
51:24 - 51:27 Huh. And to think that this whole time I thought the third film was supposed to be read as “Silent Night Deadly Night 3: Better Watch Out”.
Remember that scene in Ernest saves Christmas where the actor gets appalled at the idea of making a horror Christmas movie? Was that in response to this film or was that simply denouncing vthe idea of a horror Christmas movie before horror Christmas movies existed(not counting black Christmas)?
No, he just didn't want to use foul language in front of them
I wonder what happened to that Santa mugger
